I wish there was more than 5 stars. This company is absolutely amazing. I started out with them as a cancer patient. They are so kind understanding how important a clean home is when your so sick. These cleaning angels take their time and make sure everything is clean, they are on top of every detail. I've been with several cleaners but this company is more than just a cleaning company. They feel like family from the minute they walk through the door. Last week Nesha came and not only did a great job she made me feel important and cared about. I'm just getting around to writing the review because my husband has been very sick and in the hospital. You can't go wrong with this company. It's so nice having a clean home for Christmas. Excellent customer service and home cleaning without the use of harmful and toxic chemicals! I was referred to Vicky and Maid in America by another cleaning company who does not service my area. I am very concerned about the use of harmful and toxic chemicals in my home. Roshan came to clean my house and did a fantastic job! She was so sweet and scrubbed every corner. My house was so clean and didn't smell like gross chemicals and my eyes weren't burning when she was done. I highly recommend Maid in America as your regular cleaning company! Owner is very rude. How is this business still going. Tried to speak on the phone and she decides to hang up with an attitude

-2 stars Extremely dissatisfied with owner. Angel did a great job but owner seems very distracted and only worried about filling her slots (making money). Had a different girl who was filling in she showed up unexpected, didn't so check off, and then owner audicity to pretty much blame me in a email. Stating that she sent me a email that she was coming ( the night before come to find out) However we had never confirmed on phone. I scheduled a move out cleaning with Maid in America in Alpharetta, GA and they never showed up. I had called multiple times the day before and the day of cleaning to confirm and pay with my credit card but all I got was an answering machine. I left messages and was never called back. I then emailed someone with the company named Tiffany and never heard back from her either. This put me in a tight spot as we were doing our final walk-through the following week and I had to find someone last minute and pay more money. I feel maid of America is very unprofessional considering they did not confirm the appointment, show up to do the cleaning or even have the courtesy to call me back. I called my realtor who had recommended them and she has put the word out that they don't show as well. I absolutely would not recommend them AT ALL! read more
