Horrible company to deal with. The owner is the worst!. They tell you what your pricing will be, but will overcharge you and not tell you. So you have a surprise when you get your credit card statement. Their cleaning is subpar at best. You should research the owner and the business prior to signing up with them. Always always always late. Inconsistent cleaning based on house keeper. We are charged same amount now for only one housekeeper who takes the same amount of time of two but often with subpar cleaning. We have VERY small house with areas not cleaned on purpose because of our request so our 1600 sq ft 3 bedroom house becomes 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house. Vacuum needs upgrade. Cobwebs, hair, dust behind doors. I'm leaving pictures of what Thursdays housekeeper left behind (no joke). It's like this housekeeper wants us to complain and not come back. I highly recommend researching this company prior to hiring them for cleaning services. I had a substantial amount stolen out of my home just a few weeks before Christmas. The employees wear gloves so very hard to prove - their word verse mine, according to the Police Department. Please please please do your research as I would hate for someone to go through what I did. Company owners brushed it under the rug, said they would file a claim and I would hear from their insurance company within 24-48 hours, of which I heard nothing. We arrived in Boerne to our lease house the afternoon noon prior to our movers showing up the following morning at 8 AM to find that the home had not been cleaned. We were in a panic to try and find someone to be to clean prior to movers arriving. Yvonne with Maid in Texas heard our desperation and was able to move her schedule around. She came out by herself to tackle this house. It took her having to stay, till 9 PM at night! She definitely was an angel sent from above and we were and still are SO very thankful for her help!!! read more

I reached out to Maid In Texas for a quote. I was told twice they would send someone to our office for a quote. Both times no one showed up and we were not notified ahead of time. We waited around 1-2 weeks for some type of feedback and nothing. Hopefully everyone else had a better experience than we did. read more

Thought we'd give them a shot and I will say I was very disappointed. I am not sure who our team was but they did a sub par job. We paid for a deep cleaning (originally $300.00) and got the same job you'd expect for about $75.00. The floors were done poorly with streaks and white spots left everywhere. They didn't dust half the house and left dust all over the blinds. The bathrooms were just as bad with streaks all over the mirrors and water spots all over the granite. The baseboards weren't even touched which we specifically asked they do a good job on. All in all, I would say this was one of the worst services we have used and recommend you look elsewhere if you are looking for a cleaning company that pays attention to detail. Ultimately, they did drop the price and offer to come back the next week but we couldn't miss work again and risk another sub standard job being done. We paid $200.00 and consider it a lesson learned. read more

Not very happy with service. They cleaned surface- not deep cleaning - after they left I found tile dirty and with dog hair. Do not recomen. At the end they cut corners just to get it done. read more

Do not use them! I'm only giving two starts because nothing was stolen. They charged me a $60 hourly rate for two maids and then took for ever doing stuff like rearranging my fruit bowl. I have a 3,000 square ft house and they didn't even get to all the rooms. After 3.5 hours I just asked them to leave. I don't have pets or anything and I'm not a smoker. I had the house completely picked up so all they had to do was the actual cleaning. In 3.5 hours with 2 people they should have been able to finish. When I called to complain to the manager she was rude. I will never use their services again. read more

The office staff is very good and very communicative. I've been using this service for over 2 years and any time I've not been satisfied, which is rarely, I contact them and they fix the issue. Today, Anna Renee and Nelda cleaned our home and did an outstanding job. No stone unturned and our house is not new, but is big so it has it's own issues.
