I don't ever complain about services I receive. I usually just suck it up and deal with whatever, but I was not happy with my services from this company. A number of things were left dusty/dirty after the cleaning. I took photos to assure that I wasn't being unfair and shared my issues with the company, they apologized and stated that they definitely could have done a better job and offered to set up a time to come out and correct those mistakes. I let them know my availability a week ago and I have yet to hear back about setting up a time to correct things. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and I paid $100 for a cleaning, and I don't believe that it was worth it. I don't think I'll be usi this companies services again. Update: The owner called and stated that here was a mixup in him responding to my email in a timely manner. The crew came back out and did a cleaning, taking care of the issues I had. The owner was very apologetic for the mixup and wanted to do whatever necessary to make it right. His willingness to accommodate me was much appreciated. read more

Today was my first time hiring Maid Sense and I was truly impressed. I literally never leave reviews on yelp but it is my pleasure to take the time because my home was so thoroughly taken care of. Super fast response time on all communication first and foremost had me very comfortable. Incredibly fair pricing, the best I was able to find actually. The crew of ladies that came were all kind, professional and so efficient. I was able to get on their schedule even at a last minute request. A true deep clean was done on my home at a general clean price, calling around other cleaning services and you will see what I mean when other companies offer "general cleaning". These ladies descended on my home and everything from furniture vacuumed, base boards dusted, shower glass polished, microwave scrubbed, clean sheets put on all beds, floors mopped, every surface dusted and even blinds wiped down. I scheduled my initial deep housecleaning with Maid Sense. After reading good and bad reviews, I took a chance and was hopeful that they would do a good job for me. Team 11 didn't disappoint! They worked hard and didn't take extensive time to finish. Overall, the house looks and feels fresh, and inside my oven looks brand new. At my request, Alex graciously went back and dusted some missed spots in one of the bedrooms. Also, after the team left, I noticed my shower glass wasn't as clean as I would've liked. BUT, I won't hold that against them because they worked HARD and I'm grateful for them doing the cleaning that I do not have the time or energy to do. I am requesting Team 11 for my recurring service every two weeks, and I am confident that they will do an even better job. I look forward to a long and trusting relationship with this company. I have been a loyal customer for a while and trust me when I say Maid Sense does not disappoint! They use the same cleaning products I use and love, and a lot of elbow grease. The attention to detail is wonderful without disrupting projects or delicate items. They are careful with furniture, rugs, floors, etc. while getting them squeaky clean. The same team has been consistently coming to my home each time (we love them!!) They have always been kind and respectful to our animals and my children. David's communication with clients is the best. He takes good care of his employees and bends over backwards for his long-term clients! We needed a company to help us with a good home cleaning on a monthly basis and we are very happy with the decision to hire Maid Sense. A bit nervous at first because this was a new experience for us but the ladies arrived with smiles and are very friendly, easy to work with. They show real concern in doing their job and making sure not to miss the hidden corners. Last time they were here I came out of the home office when they left and had a geniune "wow" moment as I saw the awesome job they had done. Horrible, the crew did a half hearted cleaning job inspire of me informing David and the crew the house was left half cleaned. I have posted pictures of dust under the bed, window sill not dusted , stair baseboard not dusted, rolls of dust left on the furniture and the master bathroom sink still has soap scum on them, moreover the divider sill of the master bathroom tub and shower still had dried orchid and dust on it. Did not move anything and clean the ladies wiped around the stuff on the vanity area. Please be careful when you hire these cleaners. They will take your money and go. David did call me to say when I would like to reschedule them. No way. read more

We've used Maid Sense for over 5 years now. They are always professional, consistent and thorough. The owner is bilingual and communicates very well with both the customers and their staff. The owner also checks on us from time to time and makes sure the staff knows our preferences and requests. We have never had issues or ever worried about theft because they they have been super trustworthy in all situations - this matters to us very much! We are so thrilled with the services provided by the Maid Sense team! The previous tenants left the 2 story house (3 bedroom + 2.5 bath + game room, kitchen, dining room, breakfast room) in a condition that we thought would be a challenge to fix, but they came in and cleaned house above and beyond our expectations! I had my first cleaning by this company quite by accident, they had come to the wrong apt. BUT it was serendipitous because the shocking difference in how these cleaners did my apartment convinced me to not use my previous cleaners and to switch to Main Sense. I was so impressed yesterday when I found one cleaner actually cleaning the little found blade in my can opener and they actually touch EVERY surface in my little apt, including the top of chairs! I have been using Maid Sense for several months now and I am very pleased with their work. They are courteous, punctual, and they do a very good job without me having to tell them what to do. They usually only speak Spanish, but there's an app for that!! I can talk into my phone and it immediately translates into Spanish, so I have had no problem with communication. These people are amazing. I asked for a quote and David got back to me almost immediately. I could not believe how good my house looked when I got home. The floors in my kitchen have never looked as good in the whole time I have lived here and I have cleaned them on my hands and knees, lol!
