When I told him this was unprofessional, inconvenient, and poorly communicated, he then turned it around on me and said I have been late in my payments (during hurricane Harvey?!?). Otherwise all payments have been within 24 hrs. And quite frankly, that argument is unrelated- as a business owner if your people are late, call as soon as you know they're going to be late and apologize. Apparently those expectations are too high...

But several things were not dusted, work table in office, one bedside table (of 2), 3 window sills, one side of entertainment center, etc. I caught 2 things and they flipped a rag back over them but cannot catch all of this while they were rushing to leave. I did see they cleaned the master shower only as far as the shortest of the ladies could reach, leaving a foot of obviously dirty shower glass on both sides that have glass, I told the women in charge, only one who spoke English, and she told one of the girls in Spanish. The young lady dashed off while I was paying (Cash only is a red flag Israel) and then came back down so fast and zoomed out the door, that I knew there was no way. When I asked her how that could have been done so quickly she replied, she is really good! And was outside and away herself. The shower had not been touched, nor the spotty faucets in the bathroom, but the previous spotty large faucet in the kitchen was now sparkling! Obvious shower somehow translated to kitchen faucet. the rest of the house was ok but aside from the kitchen faucet nothing was really well cleaned. And I never have found my reading glasses in the nice zip up case that were on my desk that morning.....

After everything was all said and done, we had an appointment on the day my mom was coming back home at 1pm. We arranged the ambulance to take her from the hospital to home and prepare to clean at that time (as we had no choice) and had set her up in another chair that was more challenging for her to sit in until the cleaners were done with that section of the house. THEY SHOWED UP 2 HOURS LATE. I ended up texting Usama asking what time the cleaners would come. If i didn't ask I would have never known they were coming 2 hours late!!! That means my mom would have to be in the chair for an additional set of hours. Fast forward the girls come, they were about to leave after two hours when they were supposed to be here 4 to 4 and a half hours.(time paid) I had to stop them before leaving and asked why they didn't even touch the big master bathroom. This was after we were going back and forth arguing about my mom having to get up because they mentioned that the floors would get dirty if they cleaned that room last. So we had to move my very sick mother into the living room so we can cater to their needs which infuriates me after thinking about it more. Especially since they ended up cleaning that area last anyways because they missed the entire master bathroom!! I checked around the house and there was dust all over the pictures and on top of surfaces everywhere. The poorest cleaning job I have ever seen in my life. And something that me and my family really needed due to my mom's condition. We asked why they didn't clean the ceiling fan and the cleaner answered, stating that they did not have the equipment to clean what was needed. I also noticed one of the workers seemed sick. And I saw her wipe her nose with one of the towels she was cleaning with and then began cleaning the kitchen surfaces. (On camera) I was so disgusted and angry that if I were to have said something I woukd have gotten into a fight. Disgusting and sloppy work on their end. My dad asked if either one of them felt sick to please let us know because my mom's is so sick herself. So the fact that I saw that really put me over the edge on top of a poor ass job. I called and spoke to Usama infuriated and told him the story. He kept offering to provide a redo of services even though I mentioned to him several times that my mom cannot be around the fumes in the same room. (Thus, another reason why we needed her in another room while cleaning). He kept asking if I wanted a redo and I kept saying no, until I just gave up and said, I'll call him back. A deep cleaning nightmare that led us nowhere and a few hundred dollars short with snot residue on the counters!

They did not show at the set time and I did receive a call telling me their crew was finishing up a job in Galveston and would be coming directly to me. The maid showed up after 4:00 and there was no crew. She did not complete the job at all. I called the next day to express my dismay. The owner knew this was important to get done because the upcoming weekend we had to put the house on the market. I told her nothing was done and we wanted our money back. She said no and that she could have the nonexistent crew come back. I told her no and that my wife and I were done with her company. She did offer a 1/4 of the money back. I did not say anything and hung up. My wife and I returned to the home the following weekend, postponing putting the house on the market. When we entered the home it was clear NOTHING had been done. Then my wife called me to the front of house and the front door was open! The maid came in the back door and should have left that way. We discovered she had somehow managed to screw up the locking mechanism on the front door and it would not close. Our home was left open for a week! This company is a sham and I would say NEVER, EVER USE THEM!
