Wonderful people-gets you in quickly-pleasant experience with mani-pedi!! Loved my nails when they were done!!

I used to come here all the time, but I'm not sure what happened recently. He made my toes bleed and then sprayed alcohol on them to make it stop, which didn't feel great. He spent about 10 minutes in total doing my pedicure, as you can see by the sloppy paint. He rushed through to then sit down and watch YouTube videos on his phone. Worst experience ever. My nails look bad, my skin is all cut up from her grinding my finger and not the nails. This was for a special event, and now I'm embarrassed to even show people. When I called to book an appointment I specifically asked for someone who is good at designs, and I got someone who had never done what I asked for before. I will never be coming back. Can I give 0 Stars? I chose to personally not get my nails done here. After watching my sisters in this place. They're like a sweat shop, first my older sister was in the chair and she stated the water was extremely cold. (Normally they ask you what temperature you prefer) which they didn't. Also, when my sister went to pay the lady said cash only for the tip. I'm so glad I didn't come to this place. I'm from California where I live and never seen any nail shop like this. read more

Stopped in today because I needed my gel removed. I broke a couple of nails so just wanted to get a manicure and leave them polish less for a week or so. Whoever did my nails didn't get all of the polish off, poorly shaped them and then charged me $25 for a manicure. He was also extremely rough with my hands and didn't pay close attention to a nail that I broke down super low. Needless to say I won't be coming back. read more

My favorite nail salon! i do recommend making appointments because people are always walking in making it difficult to get in at your convenience. They always greet you by name when you walk in and are always welcoming. Once you find an artist you like remember their name so you can book appointments with them. read more

Maiden did a fine job on my nails but I was very frustrated that when I paid with credit card, they told me they only allow tips with cash. I understand why this is preferable, but in my experience most places with cash policies either have an ATM in their shop, or are understanding about the inconvenience it poses you - note, I had to get in my car and drive across the busy street to a bank ATM with a $4 fee. If you have a cash policy like this, offer a discount for paying with cash!! Or maybe even accept tips through venmo. read more

This was one of the worst experiences of my life, my cuticles were all cut up. The man i think his name was tito was incredibly creepy and rude. He told me i had nice skin. The when i came back the next day to tell them how bad my nails were he said they were fine and there were no cuts then proceeded to ask the customer sitting there if there were no cuts. I asked for a refund they wouldn't give it to me. Wish i could rate this 0 stars. read more

Stopped by yesterday afternoon for a pedicure with a friend. The place was packed but they were able to fit the two of us in right away. We picked a color and were directed to wait in two pedicure chairs next to each other. Chairs were working correctly, staff was pleasant-enough, and overall a good pedicure. Four stars because they had a small collection of nail polish. I wish they had more color options. read more

Horrible horrible experience. I waited over 45 minutes before being greeted and given the gel color choices, then as soon as I was sat down, the gentleman asked me if I minded if he went and smoked a cigarette because he'd been working for three hours without a break... ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? He then offered to have me come smoke with him, even though I declined multiple times as I'm not a smoker. I left the facility before he came back from his smoke break. I'm appalled at this experience and will no longer recommend this place to friends. read more

They did my nails well but VERY disappointed because i had an appt. @ 4:30pm and they didn't get me in until 5 pm even though i was 5 minutes early!! I hate when this happens because if i'm on a time crunch they basically lose my business bc i have to leave if they don't get me in when i need to be. I am so irate right now I could spit! I just dropped my daughter at MAIDEN NAILS IN HARD ROAD PLAZA to have a nail fill from a full set she had put on from THEM just 2 weeks ago. I left her there and went to run some errands. My daughter texted me while I was out saying that they were putting another FULL SET on her!... I said "WHAT???" I immediately dropped what I was doing, drove like a banchee over there....to find them polishing them. I asked why the full set? Their answer? Because she had lifting! Really?? Isn't that what a fill is for? They would NOT, I repeat NOT give us back the extra $15 dollars that they SCAMMED from my underaged daughter! It cost her another $30 tonight! Those that know me, I began screaming in there, that they took advantage of a 15 year old underaged girl and that before they did anything like that they should have requested she ask her parent! I turned to the owner and asked her if the $15 dollars was worth losing a customer and guess what she said? YES! She WOULD NOT GIVE IT BACK! I said that we have been in here for years, the owner said, I know you have....but still would not budge. I sure hope it was worth it for them. In this economy, to do this to a young girl is WRONG!!! Came here for a gel manicure. To remove the old gel they use the Dremel file to take off the top layer, they say it won't reach down to the nail but I don't really agree with this technique. After that they soak and then use the metal cuticle pusher to scrape it off. The woman doing my manicure answered her cell phone while working on my nails. And worst of all the file that the woman was using already had nail dust on it before she started with me. I wouldn't go back. read more

Majority of the staff has been downright rude/ miserable my past several visits. I said hello twice as I sat down and was totally ignored both times after she gave me a miserable look as I sat down. I asked her if she was always this rude to people and she said..Yup. I let the girl know that I didn't appreciate being treated so rudely, told her she had a serious attitude problem and left before she even started. On my way out, I brought it to the attention of the woman and man in charge and they offered no apology and looked at me like they couldn't care less. HORRIBLE. I went there and got my nails and toes done.. A fill for my nails and a gel top coat which should have been 30... and gel toes which also should have been 30... They charged me 80 after the owner said 70. I'm a frequent customer of theirs and I would NEVER go there again! read more

Worst experience ever. First we had our feet soaking for 30 min I had to take my feet out they were so pruned and sore. Once being helped I now am going to have hang nails on at least half my toes and both my big toes are killing me. He cut so deep in the corner of my toe. Then he was trying to get the stuff out of the corner of my toe and proceeded to jam it farther down in rather that scoop it out from the bottom. He asked if I wanted a razor on my feet which I'm pretty sure is illegal. No i don't. Razors make your feet even worse than when you started. After he was done cutting my cuticles and everything my toes stung when I put them in the water he nipped off so much of my live skin. Not to mention all the talking about us in their language. When he was scrubbing my foot he kept kitting my leg with it and that hurts! Then after the massage they tap your legs it's supposed to get the circulation and blood flowing and I think I will have a couple bruises it. I'm crossing my fingers nothing gets infected.
