So glad they were able to get me in last minute, but now I know why.... I get my nails done religiously and unfortunately my person was unavailable at my usual salon. Walked in here, and will not be going back. The nail tech did not know how to remove gems from my previous set. She did not know what a stiletto nail was. They are all different shapes and sizes. And I felt like I had to guide her on how to actually file, dremel, fill, etc! I wish I could do them myself but alas, I cannot.... Several others were doing dip and simple nail shapes - which might be their specialty! - But if you are looking for something a bit more, I would advise not selecting this salon.... Super disappointed. I made an appointment, requested a simple full set. They placed me with an older lady...she took over 20 minutes to place the acrylic on one hand. The filing was rough. Your can see the bumps on the apex, and all of the nails length and shapes are inconsistent. The gel I asked for was old and gooey. I tried to change the color, but I knew I was too far in at this point to test to "fix it". She painted over my cuticles, and when she attempted what I asked for (simple snowflake) it was AWFUL! She wiped it away with tissue and left lint all over my nail that she proceeded to just paint over. I'm not one to refuse to pay or ask for them fix, but I should've. So disappointed. Such a waste of my money and time. read more

I've had some bad experiences at different salons and i've payed a ridiculous amount of money for poorly done nails, but here they weren't overly priced at all and my nails look amazing!! This salon is clean and cute! I had Lori do my pedicure and a full set gel acrylic. The salon was decorated all cute and tropical for summer!! I had a 12pm appointment and was sat right down despite the salon full of customers. Lori spent an hour and half with me and i had her undivided attention. she was attentive to detail and didn't rush, which i love! she fulfilled all my requests which is greatly appreciated!!! She was so nice and i will ask for her next time! I always get great service when I come to Lovely Nails. I usually call ahead of time to make an appointment because they can get busy. All the girls and one guy are great at what they do. One time the polish on my nails chipped after a day. I called, spoke to the manager and without hesitancy she immediately told me to come back in again and they fixed it with no problem or issues. By the way, the OPI gel polish is amazing! I've had them last 4 weeks. I know I need them redone sooner but sometimes I just get too busy to come in. Definitely worth the extra money. read more

I find it best to make an appointment so you don't have to worry about waiting. The service is phenomenal and I am always offered a drink (variety of sodas or water) before any service! I got a bacterial infection that was so bad that it took a year for my hands to heal!

1st time there and I hope Lovely Nails stays around a long time. I made an appt 1 day prior to Valentine's day for mani pedi which I know is a busy time. Some salons I called were already booked up but they got me in. I actually arrived 45mins early for my appointment but was greeted with a smile and they were able to take me early after only a 5 min wait. Nail tech was friendly and very accommodating. I had hand surgery a week ago and she was gentle with my hand ( and feet). She made attempts at least to converse. Some salons where the techs do not speak English, ignore me and only talk to each other or never even crack a smile. When I left, the counter manager said goodbye and used my name and told me to have a good day. Great touch! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the total cost of the mani pedi was only $37 and so for that price you wont get a lot of pampering. It was pretty basic. read more

Very nice people in here. I came in after a terrible experience in another salon and the tech did a great job and was super careful with my thin nails. She was very sweet and even gave me the gel top coat for free. I've also come in to get just one nail fixed and they do it super quick. I come here for pedicures as well and have had good experiences. The techs understand what you're asking and they have good customer service skills. Prices are decent and the salon is clean as well. Oh my gosh!! Everyone needs to switch to Lovely Nails to get their mani/pedis! First off, the salon itself is very roomy and clean. Also, I called to schedule an appointment a day before and they got me in the next day! (The day before Thanksgiving) I was warmly welcomed right when I walked through the door. After checking in, I directly sat down to get my manicure. In and out. While doing so, my technician Laurie was super sweet and tried to get to know me! My gel manicure was $27. I have been going to this salon for a couple of years and they have been doing a nice job but over the past few months it seems lately they just can't get their act together when it comes to booking appointments...and of course you can't get in to see my favorite technician without an appointment.
