I have been going here for years, but I believe I'm done. My last three pedicures I have had in the past months, within a week, I have (No doubt, about it every single time) A HANG NAIL! The time before last, they were so long , three days later they were stuck in my blankets. As far as my nails go, they are just mediocre. My last visit was $130 not including a tip. That was for a ( not recommended.. save your money) spa pedicure and a fill( with a cut down and chrome polish) the prices seem to be going up and the quality seems to be going down! I went in today to get a full set of acrylics. I was told to request Kevin. After showing Kevin what I wanted he was extremely confident and helped me through the entire process of picking what color for my nails. He was so friendly and helpful and gave me so many compliments and made me feel so comfortable. I've been getting my nails done for probably seven years in Rochester and this was hands-down the best experience I've ever had and the best work I've had done ! Standard nail place with standard prices. But they really need to figure out a more efficient and organized system of booking people. They either overbook, or allow too many walk ins to come in between the schedule because you sit for long time even if you had an appointment. You might as well just walk in, really. I had an appt for 1, didn't get started till 1:50. So just know that before you go there. If you go to this place, get Kevin to do your nails cause he is very meticulous and clean. He doesn't paint gel polish to the cuticles, either. My nails lasted me three weeks without even peeling because of it. Avoid Rose if you can: she had an attitude and did a poor job on my gel nail with messy edges up to the cuticle so they started peeling a week later. The main person does get defensive when it comes to the timing thing, blaming on unpredictability of what clients want, etc. Ive been to plenty of other nail places that seat you sooner and run a more organized schedule. Its possible, but this person isn't open to the feedback. Update: when I was there for my gel nails, I also got a pedicure which originally was not clean. Instead of repainting them, thru just painted over them adding more layers on an already thick coat and now they've chipped 1.5 weeks later. I leave completely happy with the results every single time. They also take the time and put forth the effort to know their clients on a first name basis, which is so nice. It's also worth noting that I always have weekday, end of day appointments. I typically call ahead (day of) and they have always accommodated me. This was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I give it zero stars. Firstly I had an appointment at 5:15 and didn't get sat until 6:15. She only clipped my big toes and shaped them nicely. The rest of the toes she left long and barely touched. Once she finished painting I looked down and the polish had flooded all the cuticles and had bubbles in them. I obviously had to say something so another girl came over and did what she could with them. Once I got home I had to file and shape all of my toes. $48 for a gel pedicure is a fair price but not when I could paint them better myself. My nails on the other hand came out fantastic! I've gotten acrylics here before by another nail tech and both did a great job shaping my nails and copied the reference photo perfectly. All in all, if you're wanting a pedicure definitely go somewhere else. If you're looking for acrylics I definitely recommend here. read more

After my last bad interaction I had with this salon I was giving them a second chance to redeem themselves. This time was just as bad if not worse. The gentleman in the 1st seat gave me the rudest customer service I have ever had. I came in without an appointment.. he tells me that I'm going to have to wait.. which is fine. Some young ladies come in after me without an appointment he asks what they were coming for and that they can set an appointment up for later... ( I was never asked what i wanted done or informed that I had an option to make an appointment for later) I then asked why I wasn't asked those same questions or extended that same option he began rolling his eye and responding to me in a condescending manner. This made me upset since his attitude was not warranted.. I wasn't being rude so why was he being rude. I was just asking a question.. This place has degraded their standard over time. I use to go here regularly for Mani/Pedi. I went here recently and the manicurist was in such a hurry to finish my pedicure. She didn't even bother to scrub, buff or clean my cuticles properly. After complaining about her she started giving excuses. I have made up my mind and not going here ever again. They have also increased their prices thanks to the most common excuse Covid. Please keep this as your last option to go for Mani/Pedi. I will not recommend this place to anyone. My best friend and I came here for gel manicures. We called at 1 and got appointments for 1:45 and were seated right away when we arrived at our scheduled time. The staff is very friendly and they have an extremely large selection of colors. The space is small and could look a lot nicer if remodeled. The prices were extremely reasonable ($25 for a gel mani), especially since I was visiting from NJ and it's $35-45 for a gel manicure at most places. However, there wasn't a lot of pampering during the mani and the hand massage was really really short. The attention to detail with the filing/cuticle care was really good though. I would give it a 3.5 but unfortunately yelp doesn't have that feature (yet). We were both really satisfied with the end result but just wish there was a little more pampering/massage/etc. to make it a better experience. read more

My best friend and I came here to get pedicures at around 6 PM on a Saturday. They weren't too busy and were able to take us within less than 10 minutes. The staff was very quiet and didn't mind that my friend and I were chatting away. My massage chair didn't have any problems but my friends massage chair seem to have some issues and no one attempted to help her even though it was clear she was struggling with the chair. The pedicure was fast and efficient but I wish there had been more of a massage involved. It wasn't overly pricey, and my friend said she would probably go back since she has an issue with a lot of places not trimming the sides of her nails that often become ingrown. I don't live in the area so I couldn't say that I would or wouldn't go back but it was a pleasant experience. read more

UPDATE: Do not come here. I've been coming here for about a year now. Normally I only get a gel acrylic fill, which is usually okay. I've never asked for a design of any kind or gotten a pedicure. I've brought two friends here who have both had horrible experiences with their pedicures. The use the cheese grater (which is awful for your skin) and take forever. Today, when I got my design I was charged ten dollars extra for it and it was done HORRIBLY. I'm annoyed I had to spend extra money to have crappy looking nails. Cons - Long wait (waited 45 minutes to be sat), took 3 hours for a manicure and pedicure, even though the manicure was very quick - Poor communication: other patrons were taken before us even though they walked in after us, some had appointments, some did not. It would have been helpful and reassuring if the nail technicians told us what was going on and why we were waiting so long. I would give this place 2.5 stars. It's gives an overpriced mediocre manicure. The place is fairly dirty with visible dirt, dust and debris on the floor. The towels are worn and dingy. The people are pretty nice but there is only one really talented male manicurist, but he's always booked. I got a gel manicure for the holidays. I wanted a simple, light pink gel polish with a snowflake design. I got a Barbie-pink colored mani with a sticker (?!?!) decal. I wanted a painted design and the other, less talented male manicurist off set the decal and then pressed it on before it was too late (Picture attached). I won't be going back.
