I first began using MaidPro around October 2011, first for a top to bottom clean and then a couple of months of thorough cleaning. I was so pleased with their clean that I have continued using them bi-weekly ever since. I do not require a thorough clean each visit and MaidPro worked with me on the amount of time I wanted spent cleaning my home, what exactly I wanted cleaned each visit and a price range I could afford. I cannot tell you how I look forward to coming home on the days that I know MaidPro has been there. I am always pleased, EVERY visit. Recently, Katelyn has begun washing the sheets that were taken off my bed and when time permits, she folds them as well. I am really pleased with MaidPro in College Station. I am pretty about how my house is cleaned. I notice the little things left undone. I usually cleaned myself, but with my job, I am behind and need help catching up. We weren't comfortable having just anyone in our home, been there, done that, things broken, missing etc. I wanted someone with a franchise, that was bonded and insured. MaidPro had sent a flyer in the mail and I had held onto it. My glass shined, the dust was gone, my counter tops were spotless...not a dog hair left behind. They go above and beyond and leave little extras. They work fast and they are thorough, they bring all their own cleaning supplies and equipment, I found them to be courteous and professional, I have used them for about five months now, twice monthly. Maid Pro is the third cleaning business I have used in College Station in the last 15 months. I fired the other two companies after repeated issues with finding the house not clean. I have used Maid Pro now for several months on a twice-monthly basis and am very pleased. On one occasion, my regular person was out of town and they sent another person who did a horrible job. When I expressed my concerns and the matter was investigated, management sent out my regular person (Josie) to re-clean the affected areas free of charge. Josie does a great job; she is very thorough and efficient. Customer service is first rate and follow-through is immediate. We will be moving to another house soon, and I plan to continue using Maid Pro to clean there as well. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We used them for a deep clean for move outs and they were horrible. I repeat, /HORRIBLE/ cleaners. They didn't sweep up dead bugs, dirt, left counter tops and furniture sticky, didn't dust windowsills. The clean they did was absolutely garbage. When I called to discuss it, they were more than happy to come re-clean. However, the new tenants of the home finished the job, which they shouldn't have had to do, so I called to get a partial refund. They only wanted to give less than $50 back for a $350 clean when they didn't clean half of the house. Poor ownership and management. Owner also made racist comments. If I could, I would give this company 0/5 stars, but this platform gives them 1 minimum. Will not be using again. read more

We have relied on MaidPro for more than three years with complete satisfaction. Melanie is our regular cleaning pro. She comes every other Monday and is always friendly, prompt, professional, and thorough. I'm a crafter and often leave a "WIP" (work in progress) lying around at the place I last attended to it. Without disrupting my project, Melanie makes my clutter look like a work of art, ready for me to pick up and continue. On the infrequent occasions that a substitute has been necessary or the schedule changed, we have been notified in advance, and our house continues to get a regular cleaning. MaidPro is not the first housekeeping agency we have used, but definitely our preferred. read more

I tried to hire a few college kids to clean, but they really didn't know how to clean properly. While MaidPro does cost a bit more, I get quality cleaning in half the time. They are willing to work with my schedule and the ladies are always willing to do the little extra things I ask for like using certain cleaning products, changing linens or cleaning refrigerator. I am very picky about not letting anyone into my home unless I meet them personally, so I do request the same person every time and to be notified if she is not available. MaidPro has proven their service to me. We got off to a rocky start (scheduling, inefficiency), but after talking with Amanda, things were straightened out to my satisfaction. I have had 3 different ladies clean since I started with Maid Pro (one quit & one became ill & couldn't clean on my schedule). Krystal has been cleaning for me for quite some time now and she is prompt & very efficient. She is friendly, but not overly so. I was nervous about having someone else come clean for me, but boy was I happy I went with MaidPro! Emily did SUCH an amazing job! My kitchen was shiny, and my microwave looked brand new (no lie!). They really do from top to bottom! They even had a supervisor come out to make sure that I was happy with the cleaning! I am SO incredibly grateful for the help, especially with a toddler running around, and so impressed with her work that I signed up for biweekly services! The best part is it's AFFORDABLE!!!! I had MaidPro come and do my move out clean for a duplex I rented. They gave me a very reasonable price. Everyone I spoke with were very kind and informative about the process. When I came back to the duplex it smelled absolutely amazing and as I looked around it looked cleaner than it ever had before. I have two dogs and it looked like they had never been there. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a one time or multiple time clean. After we finish moving into our new house I plan on setting up a regular cleaning schedule with them. read more

Absolutely horrible cleaning job sadly. I hired them to do a deep cleaning for a very dirty home to make ready for move in and they did a surface cleaning and left behind so much completely untouched. They charged an insane amount for 3 college girls to come out and they just did not do a good job at all. I do not recommend. Pic is my paper towel after their "deep cleaning". Melanie does a super job cleaning our house once a month. We're home all day so make plenty of messes. No matter how much mess I make in the kitchen she leaves it sparkling clean, same for the two bathrooms. She makes the bed just the way we like it when I have the sheets coming out of the dryer. She even folds the underwear a I throw in. She does a great job all over the house and is perfect for training a new employee. read more

They clean everything, and you can make additional request, the service people is very friendly. And correct the issue very quickly if you tell them. I've used MaidPro sincce late summer and really like them. They send out reminders about the cleaning day, leave notes on what was done, and just to say "hello". If there have been any problems, they were correctly immediately. I couldn't believe the prices for housecleaning here, but MaidPro is very reasonable. I'd highly recommend them. read more
