At nearly $400 per monthly service, the charge was steep, but cleaners did a decent job, and since they would send 2 pro's the job got done fairly quickly. I have no complaints whatsoever about the cleaners. That's the good. Here's the bad- you're hiring someone to make your life easier, and the admins of this company definitely don't do that. They send you the cleaning schedule ONCE for the rest of the year. After that, they will send a "reminder" of the clean the day prior. If you forgot or are traveling and aren't able to keep up that appointment, you are charged for the entire job for canceling within the 5 day cancelation period (they claim that it is a 48 hour cancellation policy, but Monday jobs need to be canceled by Wednesday). The tacky part is that they will contact you every other month the day before your appointment asking to reschedule because they don't have adequate staffing (see attached pics). Of course, if YOU need to reschedule and even give them weeks of advance notice, they will have very few dates available for you to switch. If you're looking to make your life easier, this isn't the company to use.

We had 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and it took 8 hours for him to finish the house; He was really patient , very hardworking and never took a break even though I told him it is ok to do so. It was $200 for the whole day which is a great deal. He changed the bed sheets and made up the beds for my 2 bedrooms without additional charge. My house wasn't that messy and I just need simple cleaning but he went above and beyond with the cleaning and exceed my expectation of cleanliness. I hire a lot of housekeepers, and I was more disappointed with this service than any ever…read more I find the business owner to lack accountablity and integrity, and his worker came for 2.5 hours when she was supposed to be there for 4. On the good side, they were able to provide same day service. However, I realized at 2:00 that a housekeeper I did not think could come was able to make it, and I did not really need this service. I tried to cancel, but they told me she was already on the way and scheduled for a 3:00 arrival, and she would be there for 4 hours or until the job was done. I have a 4 bedroom house, but I live alone and have it professionally cleaned often. I had just had it done 2 days ago, but I just had some pest control services and wanted things mopped again and 2 beds needed to be made. This, I hired her for 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and living/dining room for $130.00. By the time she arrived my other housekeeper had cleaned the kitchen and started laundry from the beds. There was nothing to do in the living dining room except mop the floors and wipe the bar down. She re-cleaned an upstairs bathroom, and mopped that floor. She mopped the downstairs floor. She did not speak english and it was difficult for me to tell her things. However, it was my understanding that she would at least make the 2 beds before she left. As far as I can tell she did not touch a second bathroom or do anything but mop in the kitchen. Since she was paid by the job and arrived an hour later than my other girl, I thought I would let my other girl go a little bit before six and let her finish making the beds. However, I went downstairs and she was gone at 5:50. The housekeeper told me she left about 2 miniutes ago. She was there 3:00-5:30 for $130.00 and did not even make the beds, the other housekeeper had to stay until 7:00 finishing the 2 bedrooms. I called the service to complain and they asked if I wanted them to send her back. I said yes. She was unable to come back. They said they would reduce the price to $90.00. However, when I went to pay it was $110.00. When I spoke to the owner about it, he said he changed his mind because making the beds wasn't really part of their service, unless people ask them to - and because the people that housekeeper worked for today thought she did a good job. Are you kidding me? Your housekeepers don't make beds? I did ask her to. If she did not want to wait for the laundry I had about 20 extra sets of linens. She snuck out of the house without my seeing her - without saying goodbye- watching the other housekeeper making a bed and cleaning a room she was supposed to clean and did not even help. The worst part is the business owner backed her up. HE said they did not guarantee an amount of time on the job- just that the job would be finished - and that they did not consider making the beds to be part of cleaning a bedroom, unless I specifically asked (which I did). Really? Her son was there waiting for her on my back porch and probably had somewhere to go, which is probably the reason she snuck out of the house without telling me she is leaving. The business owner says that she told Susie - the other housekeeper. What good does that do? She is another housekeeper - not the one hiring her - and she knew I was upstairs waiting for the bed to be made. I went looking for her when I thought it was taking too long for 2 people and found she was long gone. I have never haggled with a housekeeping service. In fact, more often than not I feel like they don't treat their people well. However - she didn't even stay the minimum amount of guaranteed time or stay and try to do the job or see if I was happy. She wasn't able to increase the speed of what my other girl did, and the owner of the MopnGo business just claimed she did things she did not. I would not hire this company again ever. They don't stand by their work. I would also be sure to get an guarantee of the number of hours they are going to work and not just that they will "finish the job." Some companies you can count on for finishing the job - but not this one...at least have them guarantee their time on the job. Two and a half hours for $130.00 - one girl - who wont make a bed or do a load of laundry - are you kidding me! Thank God I had another housekeeper that day! For comparison sake, I paid my girl who was there for 6 hours, who did do laundry, clean the kitchen, and make 2 beds that day $75.00. So, I the day of cleaning, when Victor could not send back the cleaning girl at 6:00 (when she was supposed to be there until 7:00pm, he agreed to reduce the fee to $90.00. He did not do that and we had an argument about it -then he did and I paid. After I wrote the yelp review, he called and cussed me out. His partner Cesarina Annette Negrin followed up with a Facebook message cussing at me, etc... and saying she filed a restraining order against me - which I informed her was illegal as I made no threats.
