I made no mention of leaving a bad review to them as I presume businesses dont actually care about that sort of thing, so I was not using that as a threat. I review to keep track of experiences I've had with businesses (good and bad) and to let others know of my experience as I find reviews helpful. So yes I may have some 1 star reviews but I also have 5 star reviews. With all this effort being spent looking at my profile and being petty, this business could use this energy to provide good customer service instead. read more

I scheduled a move out clean with maidpro and they were great. Susana the owner was very responsive. She calls you to help you decide how many pros you need to hire and for how long. She sends you the quote and a 49 point house cleaning checklist so you know what is included. I was able to schedule them right away. The pros were on time and very professional and efficient. I really wanted to like this place. I am 8 months pregnant and desperately needed a deep cleaning before baby arrives. Although i do have experience in house cleaning, i just don't have the energy. I initially spoke with Lily over the phone. She was very professional and thorough (i thought). We scheduled 2 cleaners for 2 hours. Prior to arrival i decided to pre-clean for the sake of time and for other things to be focused on. Betty and Chris arrived and cleaned. Within the second hour i hear Betty call Lily to explain why they will not finish in the 2 hour frame. Although she was speaking Spanish, i have a fair understanding. I received a call shortly after from Lily stating that more time would be needed to finish the job. That's frustrating but i agreed. About fifteen minutes later, im told they are done and to walk through. I go into the bedroom and i asked Chris if he was able to sweep under the bed (he had my trust because i really didn't want to kneel over). He responded yes. Cool. So i go into the kitchen to check inside oven, as i made it clear during the initial call that i would like it included in my estimate. In my confirmation text from Lily it also stated "the estimate includes the inside of the oven". I asked Betty about it not being cleaned. She said you didn't ask and that's extra. I said yes i did. She said no you didn't, i will call my boss. Lol okay Betty please do. After the call, Lily calls me again. She was saying that she apologize that she didn't clarify that it wasn't calculated for and more time would need to be added because they were out of time. I explained to her that it was not my problem. Per our conversation, i made it clear that i wanted it clean and that her message even states it. She contacted her supervisor and pretty much told me that another cleaner would come by later to clean it. Now my gut is telling me to check under the bed and sure enough it was not touched. I asked Chris to come in and look. He responded " ohhhh I'll clean it now". Like he bold face lied to me the first time. *Skips other small complaints* Now back to the cleaner coming later to clean the oven. Lily told me she will be there at 2pm. I arranged to make sure my husband was able to be available because i couldn't. At 2:19 i receive a text from Lily that the cleaner is running late and will be there at 2:45.. ok cool. At 3:00 still no cleaner, i call to see what is going on. She's a HOUR late! I'm told that she's looking for parking. Eventually she made it inside. Her name is Jasmine and she done a phenomenal job. Unfortunately as for the company, i don't think i will ever use their service again. read more

VERY impressive! This is my 1st time using a maid service and wow, did I pick a winner as my wife and I couldn't be happier with the INCREDIBLE job Amanda and Vicky did. They were so nice and professional- arrived exactly on time and blazed thru this place with an extreme attention to detail. They asked us to do a walk-thru when they were done insuring we were happy with the job and it majorly exceeded our expectations. The house sparkled and you could literally eat off the floors! And props to the owner, Susana, who was easily reachable, fully transparent, super wonderful to deal with and a really runs a fantastic company... we'll DEFINITELY be using them again! read more

1. Broke my bath tub spout diverter 2. Floors 3x dirtier after they cleaned, I am not sure how that is possible. I dont wear shoes or socks at home and my feet are never dirty from doing that, but after the cleaning service my feet are pitch black which is something I have not experienced in the past 15 years. 3. I ended up spending more time cleaning and fixing the broken parts than the 10 hours I hired them to do. 4. I ended up spending more money getting special equipment to fix the unbearable dirty floors as it was so dirty even after 6 hours of steam mopping with heavy chemicals it would not come off. Pros Cleaning is okay. Of course with any house cleaning service provider there is a getting to know your specific needs period. Advise that you be very specific on how you prefer things to be cleaned. Cons Soooo not a fan of the overall service. The Pasadena office cannot for the life of me get their scheduling together. Again my cleaning was canceled. I didn't even rank a curtesy call or text to inform me. I take that back. I received a phone call at 1:40 pm and text a few minutes later apologizing for missing the "1:00 pm" appt., and wanted to know if they could still do the cleaning. Really! Again! No thanks. Other times I said okay to a delay or reschedule. I'm done. I do hope they work the kinks out and either delay growth, or hire more qualified staff. read more

I love maid pro so much, if you've ever thought about getting some help around the house I can't recommend this company more. Susana, the owner is so caring and communicative, it really makes the process so smooth. I was unsure and I had talked to her about three times before deciding to hire, and each time I spoke with her she was very understanding of my questions and concerns with the utmost patience. I'm so glad I finally decided to get some help around the house. I am a full time student and a mother, so I noticed myself falling behind in cleaning tasks and I felt like I just couldn't keep up. I enjoy a spotless house and with a toddler it's very hard to maintain, the pros come out to our house once a week and it's the biggest relief of stress I could ask for. They are always professional, fast and they always go above and beyond. I do my best to make sure the house is tidied up so they can have proficient time to actually deep clean rather than just picking up any mess we've made. They change our sheets for us, they clean windows and even help us tidy our porch if they have extra time. They are amazing and I honestly don't know if I will ever be able to live without them again. Our usual girls are Betty, Vicky and Adela, and each of them always leave our house completely spotless. Their work is always immaculate and the same across the board. This company is amazing and I love supporting a small business where I know the money is making a difference. The worst service ever. The owner Susana had agreed to do the entire house cleaning with 2 maids over 3.5 hours. I told her to focus more on the bathrooms and the kitchen. She was very pleasant and friendly. She spoke to me in English and then told the maids in Spanish something. After she left, the maids were just spending more than an hour, each one in one bathroom and still not done. I had 3 bedrooms and 2 other bathrooms. I was suppose to pay $400. I became so nervous, because it seems like they will spend 3.5 hours just cleaning 2 bathrooms and will charge me $400. They didn't seems to be moving out of the bathroom. So, I told then, to move on and do the kitchen and another bathroom. One of the ladies said that Susana has told them to clean only the bathrooms for (3.5 bathrooms in the house) for $400. That is totally ridiculous. She has already taken my credit card information and they had already planned to not doing the work as they promised. They broke my sink and I sent them out in 2 hours. She charged my $213.65, for a work not complete and with he broken sink. They exploit people who are vulnerable and please dont give the credit card information before. This never happened with my other cleaners in the past. I have so many cleaners doing the work for me for 20 yrs now, nothing like these people. THE WORST EVER. The company should do something about these people who exploit their customers. read more
