Really quick on communications and responses, showed up early, and at a much better value than others in the area. They showed up fully equipped and asked a few questions and got to work immediately. The house is sparkling clean in a way that I haven't seen in a long time. There were sections and piles of clothes I was tearing my hair out over that they went and took care of without my needing to ask! I called on a Friday to inquire about cleaning services then confirmed over text a Monday at 3pm appointment. She texts me Monday morning saying that her other client before me requested additional services, so she asked if I wanted her to come at 10am the next day. I was already annoyed because I took Monday off work to clean and organize. I replied asking if she could come after her first appointment. No reply. I followed up 2.5 hours later. She replied she was busy. I sent a follow up text almost four hours later. She said she could come around 1pm on Tuesday (next day). At 11:30am on Tuesday, I text to confirm. She says she's at a meeting at her son's school, but yes. At 1:37pm, I ask if she's coming soon. She says she's waiting on her son's teacher for the meeting. I say I understand, but it would be great if she could keep me updated with timing. She did not reply. I check in at 3:40pm. No response again. I call at 4:01pm. She does not pick up. I end up cancelling the appointment even though I doubt she was ever planning to come. Unless there's an explanation, it seems like she lied. She said she was at the meeting at 11:30am then says she's waiting for the meeting with the teacher at 1:54pm. As you can see in the texts I uploaded, she fails to communicate and update me in a timely manner.. or at all really. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would've happily paid more to another company from the start to guarantee the service I requested. EDIT: Maricela's daughter and husband called to make things right, which I appreciate, but I decided to book another house cleaner. Also, 6 reviews were posted after I posted my review lol. Within the past 3 hours. Clearly they're faking reviews because some of the posters have only ever posted once. They're trying to drown my review. And as to Maricela's response, you should've communicated to me that you weren't able to come, which you did not today. Proof in the screenshots. I am empathetic to your situation, but don't say you can do something you can't.

TL;DR: very little work done in several days, expensive items "thrown out" even though we…read moreexplicitly mentioned to not touch the area, gaslit for asking for reimbursement for missing items. shady business. here's the long version. i never write detailed reviews but this one i hope will save someone else the stress and headache from dealing with this company in the future. we have text receipts of all issues addressed in this story so as much as he'd like to deny or twist the facts here, we can always provide proof of communication. we hired ECO via daniel several months ago to help deep clean our condo. the condo was vacant and all furniture was gone except a tv, tv stand and some small misc items. daniel came to do a review and provide a quote for the job, seemed like a nice guy and we had a good initial impression, so we agreed and paid the deposit for the work. to summarize the issues we experienced once he started the work: - initial estimate was 2 days of work, property owner stopped by to check after day 2 and virtually no work was done - daniel asked for another day to do the work himself, we obliged - discovered on walkthrough that expensive items in fridge that we explicitly told them not to clean out were "thrown out" but all other items that should have been tossed were still present in condo (sure buddy...) - worker/middle aged son was seen riding mountain bike around the complex leaving garage wide open with some items we had begun to move and a collector car on display... - another worker walked in front door after just smoking a cigarette causing condo to smell for several days after, showing lack of respect for our property - we requested reimbursement for items "thrown out" but got gaslit for several months after with no reimbursement and being called "mean" for asking for reimbursement and being blamed for the whole ordeal this was the most unnecessary stress my girlfriend and i ever needed and we honestly wish we could settle this in court, but we did not have wifi at our condo at the time so no camera footage of what happened in our unit. lawyer advised me to take the loss as we don't have solid evidence of wrong doing, but hopefully this review will help save someone the headache daniel has caused us. please do your research - we discovered a bad review on the BBB stating he doesn't pay his contractors, and he hires third parties to clean your residence instead of doing the work himself as we discovered through this process. beware. **updated and added some photos i could quickly find in camera roll. i'll just keep looking through my camera roll for more

Two cleaners showed up first (Carolyne and Venus) and they cleaned every room that had carpet first. Then Dan came and made the carpet spotless. I am pretty sure that the house cleaning and carpet cleaning took longer than everyone expected but they all did a great job. Although some blinds, some windows and a shower door were missed, I was really impressed with how thorough the ladies were on the areas they did clean. When I came home, and opened the door, I was smacked in the face with a lovely, non-toxic scent and my tiny but cute-as-a-button place was gleaming. Superficially, the house looked amazing - cobwebs from ceiling to floor? Vanished. Dust bunnies in between my giant plant collection? Outta there. Every surface perfectly polished? Of course. But what unfolded over the next several hours felt like I was a little kid on Christmas morning...as my partner and I went about our day, we'd yell to each other, "Oh my gosh, they cleaned there!?" "Wait - they did THAT!?" "I didn't expect them to do THAT!" "I didn't realize that could even BE cleaned!" It happened about 10 times that afternoon and even a few times the next day. Midway through the service, I was contacted and informed that an additional $90 would be required for another hour because the allotted 2.5 hours was insufficient to complete the job. Upon arrival, multiple agreed-upon areas were not completed, including the inside of the oven, microwave, refrigerator, living room, and patio. At no point prior to booking was I informed that the entire service--including add-on services--was capped at a total of 2.5 hours. Had this limitation been disclosed, I would not have proceeded with the booking. Expecting two cleaners to complete a deep clean plus add-on services within this timeframe is unreasonable. The mid-service request for additional payment, combined with incomplete services, resulted in a failure to provide the services as represented at the time of booking. The cleaning staff were professional and courteous, and this review is directed solely at the company's policies and practices. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company or book again.

When I realized the house was free, he managed to fit us in with just one day's notice (even though he usually books a week out), which was such a huge help. On the day of the job, he and his crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and left the house looking fantastic - they soft washed the entire house, cleaned the windows on both stories, washed and reinstalled all the screens, cleaned the solar panels, and even cleaned out the gutters. What impressed me most was how communicative and courteous JC was. Since I couldn't be there in person, he sent me plenty of photos and videos of the work, and he also pointed out an issue with the roof that I never would have known about otherwise. That kind of attention to detail and going above and beyond is rare. I couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend them if you're looking for house washing, window or solar panel cleaning, or gutter cleaning.

Initial call: They answered all my questions, made the apt very quickly and were extremely professional. The cleaners: They came within the quoted window even after letting me know they were running late but still showed up during appt. Time. Federico and his team deep cleaned our house, vaccumed our couch and mattresses and removed the light amount of ash that had come in during the Eaton fire. What they left behind was nothing short of a complete reset. The house feels livable again. Peaceful, even. And the bathrooms...I can't even begin to describe how bad they were. Truly. But after Evelyn and Ana worked their magic, I have zero hesitation using them now. That alone says everything. The kitchen--my sanctuary--was brought back to life. That clean house smell? I requested a deep cleaning of my completely empty 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, one story, 1140 sq ft condo. The day of the job, 2 very nice ladies showed up with all of their own cleaning products and vacuum. They took 5 hours at $75 an hour and I tipped them $25 each. They did a really nice job cleaning the vertical blinds in each of the 3 rooms and the dining area where the large window with sliding doors also has blinds. The rest of the house where I can tell they cleaned, they did a decent job, however I immediately noticed that: they did not properly clean inside the shower of one of the bathrooms because there were some cobwebs in the corner; they did not dust the walls since I could see some cobwebs in one of the bedrooms and near the vent of the dining area; the chandelier in the dining area was still dusty; the top of the bathroom cabinets were dusty; the washer and dryer are in a closet where the sliding doors are removed, the bottom tracks were dusty and clearly not vacuumed. I just feel that working in an empty home for 5 hours should not result in so many details missed. For the price they charged and the time they took, I was very disappointed. While I appreciate the punctuality of the ladies, their kindness and the quality of cleaning they provided on what I could tell was cleaned, I do not think I can work with this company again, nor would I recommend them.

Really quick on communications and responses, showed up early, and at a much better value than others in the area. They showed up fully equipped and asked a few questions and got to work immediately. The house is sparkling clean in a way that I haven't seen in a long time. There were sections and piles of clothes I was tearing my hair out over that they went and took care of without my needing to ask! I called on a Friday to inquire about cleaning services then confirmed over text a Monday at 3pm appointment. She texts me Monday morning saying that her other client before me requested additional services, so she asked if I wanted her to come at 10am the next day. I was already annoyed because I took Monday off work to clean and organize. I replied asking if she could come after her first appointment. No reply. I followed up 2.5 hours later. She replied she was busy. I sent a follow up text almost four hours later. She said she could come around 1pm on Tuesday (next day). At 11:30am on Tuesday, I text to confirm. She says she's at a meeting at her son's school, but yes. At 1:37pm, I ask if she's coming soon. She says she's waiting on her son's teacher for the meeting. I say I understand, but it would be great if she could keep me updated with timing. She did not reply. I check in at 3:40pm. No response again. I call at 4:01pm. She does not pick up. I end up cancelling the appointment even though I doubt she was ever planning to come. Unless there's an explanation, it seems like she lied. She said she was at the meeting at 11:30am then says she's waiting for the meeting with the teacher at 1:54pm. As you can see in the texts I uploaded, she fails to communicate and update me in a timely manner.. or at all really. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would've happily paid more to another company from the start to guarantee the service I requested. EDIT: Maricela's daughter and husband called to make things right, which I appreciate, but I decided to book another house cleaner. Also, 6 reviews were posted after I posted my review lol. Within the past 3 hours. Clearly they're faking reviews because some of the posters have only ever posted once. They're trying to drown my review. And as to Maricela's response, you should've communicated to me that you weren't able to come, which you did not today. Proof in the screenshots. I am empathetic to your situation, but don't say you can do something you can't.
