I hired Maids Cleaning & More for a move-out clean and honestly couldn't have had a better experience. Moving is stressful enough, but they made this part so easy. They showed up on time, were super friendly, and were excellent communicators the whole way through--quick to respond and very clear about everything. Just really easy to work with. The owner was very helpful and got us scheduled within our needed time frame. Tristan and Christal came over and we immediately got a good feeling about them. For the first 90 minutes they worked very hard and we were impressed with the job they we doing. Then...something changed. I witnessed Tristan getting a phone call only to find out it was his boss. Following that call, they broke a window they were cleaning. My opinion is that it was because they were being hurried by that boss. I didn't blame them. Following that, their quality significantly decreased and we were not happy with the overall outcome. We would hire Tristan and Christal again without hesitation. I'm a little late posting this but wanted to share my experience with this company. The first time we had them out, it was great. They were organized and professional so we had them out a second time. For the second visit, we paid an extra 30$ to clean the baseboards. I noticed after they left that the baseboards were not checked off on their check list and they looked to me, just as they had before they came. I left the property while the team cleaned, and they gave me a heads-up text about 20 minutes before completion so I could come back and do a final walk through. The service took approximately two hours which I thought was quick, but they were fast and thorough! Again I was very pleased with the work; their service took a huge weight off my shoulders while dealing with a stressful move. Homeowner/renter BEWARE! Allen the owner LOUDLY YELLED at me for several minutes during a telephone call where HE CALLED ME. This was my second visit. The first visit four weeks ago - his cleaner came back to clean the two dirty toilets and I GAVE HER ANOTHER $40 TO THANK HER. So THAT visit cost me $200. Allen's team came again today and was here only 44 minutes and my home was still dirty. (Yet I was still supposed to pay $165. for 44 minutes and a less than clean home (again). I tried to speak with him about this and Allen verbally abused me including screaming at me. I ended the call and wrote this review. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I suggest finding another cleaning company which does not have an abusive verbal batterer at the helm. MY HOUSE WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY AFTER THE CLEANERS LEFT. I have taken photos of specific areas that were not cleaned to send along with complaints submitted about this business to the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General. read more

I called and spoke to the owner, very professional. They had an opening on a Thursday at 11am so I took it. They were over an hour late and only notified me when I called and asked. They did a decent job with the house, left several items not dusted and I texted the supervisor or just said "sorry". No offer to come back and fix it. I called the company and spoke to the boss who acknowledged and thanked me for my feedback and basically said that they would charge me more when they would come back unless I would be a regular customer. Unlike the others that we have used in the past, Maria, Christina, and Ali show up on time, do what they promise they would do, and are in and out quickly without disrupting our whole day. This company communicates. If someone is sick or cant make it, they call in advance. Holiday weekend coming up, they reschedule for for another day.
