I used to ask and confirm that Jenny would be coming to clean, but I got very busy this month and forgot to ask. Andrew did confirm the appointment the day prior, but he NEVER LET ME KNOW...Then another cleaning lady showed up at 8:30AM telling me Jenny was gone. LACK OF COMMUNICATION LEADS ME TO A 3-STAR REVIEW Jenny was not only an amazing cleaner.. She was sweet and kind and very good energy. I am bummed to have lost her in my life.
