There were 3 guys at the front desk yesterday and when they gave me a price of $26.18 to mail a 1pd 9 oz package by UPS from Brooklyn to Staten Island, not overnight, not express, just standard UPS ground residential, I couldn't believe it. I asked them what their service fee was and not one of them would answer me, and it is not listed separately on the receipt. Then I asked them how much USPS would cost and I was told almost $24 when it is usually around $9 and change there. These prices are outrageous, and I think that we should have the right to know what kind of service fees they are charging us. I would never ever go back there again. Am I allowed to call them thieves?

Must say the place is very clean and very organized, today has been second time I sent an international package through this shipping center and I am above and beyond happy with my experience. I prefer to come on Sundays since there are not that many people on the weekends ( must say the guys are open 7 days a week which is very convenient and you can come on your day off during the weekend). On Sundays the place is handled by two gentlemen who are very knowledgeable, very polite and helpful , honestly my experience could not be any better! The atmosphere is very calm and very laid back , you can take your time filling out the forms and the stuff will always consult you and guide you should you have any questions. Today I honestly messed up when I was filling out the form and wrote down wrong recipient's phone number and zip code , I realized that only when I came home , so I gave them a call and the guys corrected the information without any problems! Problem solved within a few minutes ! Can't be happier with my experience! Would strongly recommend this mailing center for any kind of mailing services.
