While things were being packed up by them and myself, I realized that some good things were being thrown away haphazardly. One shoe was in the garbage along with a card given to me that still had a hundred dollar bill in it. It was too late to change to a different mover otherwise I would have fired them. After emptying all the boxes and getting things sorted weeks after the move, I realized that I was missing several items. Had a large box of negatives from photos-gone, a 3D camera that I purchased 12 yrs prior for $1000-gone, 3 other cameras-gone, some memorabilia that I purchased from others-gone(was just able to purchase a similar item from an auction house). A very nice poster in a great frame-gone. Their webpage stated that they would remove all wrapping from the furniture that got moved, they didn't do it so I had to. Some items were not packed properly and they were broken, all replaceable but....They didn't see everything that had to be moved, so the guy in charged said to me twice or so that he had to charge me more. Never received a contract, bill or agreement from them before the move or afterwards, even though I asked for 1 when the move was complete.
