Posted price was $10 per notary. I had 3 documents notarized and paid $60. I was charged for my witness' signatures. If a notary signs and stamps a document once, I would expect to pay for that one signature/document. Won't be going back. read more

Man who "helped" me get my fingerprints done looked down my shirt and leered the whole time, asked me if I'm in a rush and stood WAY too close. Pretty straight forward process I'm very sure he did not have to "assist" me with every finger. Don't recommend women to go near this place. read more

I have been going here for the past year or so, and will not be going back. I have been in many times and the older man has always been dismissive, but the last time I was in was it for me. There was no one in the store, and the older man was looking at the computer with his back to me. I said, hello, and he turned around. I told him that I had a package to drop off and he waved at the counter and turned back around. I then asked him if I could have a receipt and he huffed, rolled his eyes and SLOWLY came to the counter to help me. I told him to forget about it and that I wouldn't be back. Is he the owner? How is he allowed to treat people like this? He must hate his life. read more

I discovered Mail House Plus when I moved to the neighborhood over ten years ago and am so thankful I did.  I wanted to find a place where I could have my mail safely delivered and packages signed.  As I learned of the services they offered, anywhere from passport photos to notary signing to making keys, I quickly became a regular customer of theirs for more than just the mail.  Over the years, I have been impressed by the continued evolution of services they offer.  They seem to stay current with technology and now offer services such as digital finger printing and even translation services for Spanish and Romanian.  The store owners and staff have made such a favorable and lasting impression that to this day, I still get my mail there even though I have moved out of the area.  Keep up the great work! read more

I have a mail box there for business purposes so I pop in often. The owners are usually there , its a nice touch. They really seem to care about their customers, know people by name, and do their best to be helpful. The care about the community too. It's really nice to be able to support a local business. I've had to fax a thing or two when my fax when down. It was great to have that option. I've also had to mail some packages, and they did their best to save me money and get the package there quickly and safely. The convenience and customer service I get at mail house plus is great, and I don't have to go to the post office anymore. read more

Please forgive my post.... As I was reviewing my bank account, I found that this business was used to fraudulently charge my bank $80.98 using my debit card. I am not familiar with this business and nor do not frequent this part of Portland. I called this business and was told that others like myself had been part a fraud and they had made a police report. Has anyone else had this done to them? Please contact me and or my bank at Riverview community bank. I have made a report of my own and canceled my card from being used again. read more

The staff at this business were all so friendly and helpful. I was very unprepared when shipping a package to my son internationally and had a bit of sticker shock at the going rates. This team brainstormed to find a better packing and shipment method and saved me $140 in shipping which made it affordable to send a gift box to my son for the holidays. They were so kind and also conscientious about maintaining COVID regulations while providing great customer service! read more

The husband doesn't know how to talk to humans with respect always has a bad attitude I make and over pay on a ton of labels with them but after my last phone conversation with the man I will never use them again! This is a terrific place to mail/fax/passport pictures and information. I recently went in to fax a several pages of a document and overheard a conversation between the owner and a obviously regular customer. She was so kind to him, knowing I was waiting to be served, and allowed him to share about the passing of his wife (who also was a customer by the sounds of the conversation). At the end of their conversation she welcomed him to return if he needed anything, and how fondly she remembered her. So not only is this place professional and well stocked with an assortment of skills they offer, but they are a great local business that care about their customers.
