This is the ONLY place I'll go to when it comes to shipping. John (the owner) hands down is the nicest, most down-to-earth person out there. Every time I go to a UPS, or a FedEx the workers look miserable. They are not in your best interest, and can't wait for the day to be over. I'd always get anxieties going into those shipping stores as I know one of the workers would lose their "cool." However, every interaction I've had with John or any of his co-workers has been extremely pleasant. I remember there was this impatient customer that John was helping, and at the same time, John saw that I had a quick shipment to make. He told the customer (even though the customer was impatient) that while he was finishing up his paperwork, he would help me real quick. The customer wasn't happy about that and told me to even hurry up LOL. It didn't matter to John what the customer said, he still went his way to help me (as it made sense). Without letting her children know, my 85 year old mother (unable to drive) had a combination of packages that she needed shipped. Some were Christmas gift and others packages to be returned. She called the AccompliCenter and spoke to a young woman explaining her dilemma. A few moments later, she received a call back from the manager/owner. Long story short, he came to her home, picked up all the unlabeled and unpacked packages and took them back to the Center. If the cost was too much for her, he offered to return the packages to her. They have lots of print services, a conference room for rent, and even a private zoom computer booth that basically looks like those iconic British phone booths. They love trying new things, and as a customer it's kind of exciting to have early access to them.
