Did not have an appointment, but they took me in. The service manager was pleasant enough. The waiting area was clean and well lighted and the free coffee offer would have been nice, if there were coffee, cups and condiments. Service took a little over an hour. Not the fastest but they were through. Checked all the tires and aired those that needed it. Not sure what the average price of a tire change is in the area, theirs was not excessive and added my vehicle to the computer. Good for future service if needed. All in all, not a bad experience. Car wash was Broken. Women in front of me got stuck in car wash due to the machine failing. The…read moreservice men told me to pay for my wash but instead it ended up paying for the woman in front of me who was originally stuck. The service men said we would be okay to proceed with our car wash. I followed the prompt & and ended up getting stuck as well inside the wash. When the car was eventually worked we did not get the wash we paid for. We paid 12 dollars for the highest quality wash they offered & the machine brushes never touched my vehicle. All the machine did was rinse my car with water. Very bizarre & disappointing experience.

The guy was there in 15 minutes; he pulled the tire and put on the "bubble spare" and then was good enough to ask where I was headed. He informed me that the bubble was ONLY good for 50 miles and only AT 50 mph! He led me back to Rodney's Marathon, got the guys manning the garage to come deal with my real tire. Not only did they have it patched and me on the road in 15 minutes, but they led me into the restaurant part of the station so I'd be in AC--without swarming lovebugs!--while they did so. I was impressed with their staff and their service. All it cost me was $15 and tax for the tire repair. Hard to argue with that! Thanks, guys!

Once upon a time (pre-2015) this was a good place to take your vehicle for oil changes. ties, tune…read moreups, etc. It's all changed now. Whole new staff. Severely reduced staff. Unable to carry out simple repairs without ridiculous waits. Went in yesterday for 2 new tires and told it was all booked up for the day and to make an appointment for 08:00 am the following day. Come back the next morning at 08:00 to find 4 other people in the same situation. Facility opens at 08:00. No front end people there. No mechanics there. First employee shows up 30 minutes late. One mechanic shows up with the second an hour late. Also discover that they had left their Sear's store door unlocked for the night. Second front end person shows up 45 minutes late. Complains of taking too many muscle relaxers the previous evening. Some people there on their 4th rescheduled appointment. The whole place needs a complete turnover with new personnel.
