Olga has been doing my brows for 15 years and started when she worked at Nordstrom. She's the best and offers hard wax for sensitive skin people. My skin is a little red after the hard wax. I've also had Melissa do my brows. It's very welcoming. I've recently had a custom facial and loved that. A scalp treatment was added on and it was not my favorite. It felt like my hair was being pulled or wrapped. I didn't find it relaxing. Hair does smell good. My face was super red afterwards (I get facials semi-monthly). This was fun to try. read more

Cons: -When I first went in, I wasn't told about the stencil they use. -I also thought I would be meeting with Olga, so I was disappointed that this is just called "Olga's Studio" and Olga isn't actually there. -the receptionist is in the same space as the studio (as opposed to a different room) and it's really loud and disruptive to the process of closing your eyes while some one works on your eyebrows (this is always a tense thing for me because of the fear of them messing up). Pros: -the tech did a great job and my eyebrows grew out really nicely and evenly. Not mismatched in any way. -tech was kind and courteous I will be back. read more

I booked a Lash Lift with Maggie and a Brow Lift (lamination) and Wax with Valerie. Since it was my first time visiting Olga Brow Studio, both were picked for me by their booking system, but I am so happy with both results! I've been getting Elleebana Lash Lifts for about 2 years now, and Maggie gave me THE BEST lash lift I've ever gotten. Even though she knew I was familiar with the process, she still explained each step to me as she was doing it. The brow wax and lift/lamination was a first time for me. I was apprehensive since I usually get my eyebrows threaded and also since brow lamination is a pretty new beauty invention. Valerie first mapped my brows for me, showing me with a mirror how the shape should be on my face. She was patient with redrawing with the lines looked "off" to me - but in the end she was right about where they should line up. She explained each step to me as she was doing it and when it was over I was thrilled with the brow shaping and lift results! My brows look thicker and darker than before, and hold the "brushed up" look that I try to achieve with brow gel and a spoolie usually. Regarding Covid procedures, they have spaced out the chairs in the salon more than 6 feet apart, require masks, and do not let clients wait in the lobby (there is a text-based check in system while you wait outside). I will definitely be visiting again the next time I'm in Phoenix! read more

Well my day was going great till I arrived for my brow appointment. She, the owner, Olga seemed surprised to see me but then she was busy so it seemed ok. Well, even with my text from them confirming my appointment, she argued with me but had another technician do my brow tint (never did get the brow waxing that was scheduled), and she continued to argue that I did not have an appointment, that she was trying to squeeze me in. After the second person arrived and was seated with her, that I lost it! After being a client for five years along with two sisters as clients, it is difficult to believe how she has grown her business treating loyal customers like this. I got a lash lift and tint and the person doing it got the chemicals in my eyes which burned and made my eyes super bloodshot. I was in pain the whole rest of the day. Plus the tint was barely visible. The person tried to sell me mascara afterward but isn't the whole point of tinting to not have to use mascara? Since the procedure I've had to use mascara though because you can't see my lashes without it since the tint didn't do much. The facility is nice looking and the person assisting me was nice but for the pain, price, and lack of results it's not worth it. Honestly I was very excited about this place, mostly because of the fact that I was going to have my eyebrows mapped and shaped after letting them grow out for over a year. I asked over the phone if they could confirm the mapping and shaping process, they did. I went to my appointment 10 minutes early, and ending up waiting an extra ten as the appointment before me took longer than expected. I totally didn't mind, I know how it is. Once the lady who I was booked with was done she called me up and immediately started waxing me. I was very disappointed, no stencil, no mapping. Then I thought, okay this will probably cost less since she didn't map my brows. When we're done, she rings me up at $40. The first day I loved the way it looked however after I was able to wash them, I've realized my brows are completely burned and red and so much so the I can't really brush them. I have had these done before and while I understand there can be some reaction and redness, it's never been this bad. So I basically wasted $160. Very disappointed read more

I am ABSOLUTELY impressed with not only the service, but the skill of the brow artists. Let me begin by telling you I was a bit late, coming from the troon area, my perception of time/distance isn't quite the greatest, but that's beyond the point. Apologetically, I offered to reschedule, but Irena was nice enough to sit me in her chair and work her magic! She asked me about my brow goals, what I liked, what I'm looking for, and with her expertise she explained how we were going to get there. The last brow artist I visited, thinned my brows out too much and Irena gave me hope I will get them back to the thickness I prefer. She drew an outline to show me where she was going, as far as shaping. She used a measuring tool (which BTW, it's ridiculous that someone wrote a review on here stating they use stencils- honey, NO, it wasn't a stencil it was a measuring tool, for precision, symmetry, etc... you get it) then she waxed, gently massaged and cooled my brows, and ended with a tweeze. She also educated me on filling them in myself. I am beyond pleased with the results! I immediate thanked my friend Becky for the recommendation to Olga brows. I've been seeing Allison for my lashes for nearly 2 years now. She's amazing. I went to several other places before I was referred to her and my lashes were always a mess. They looked fake, would pull, and fall off fairly quickly. With Allison, on my very first appointment, she asked me what I want to see. I told her I like natural. She proceeded to explain her process, the different lengths she will use, how she applies them, and what I should expect when they start falling off. She's great at conversation. I feel like I could talk to her for days. It makes the hour go by very quickly. She checks on my comfort level throughout the appointment and let's me know progress throughout the appointment.
