After 2 yrs of getting my lashes done. I was referred to Mailash. PARIS was the artist that I was fortunate enough to have. Paris did a "touch up" which was better than what I had ever had done in the past, even when I completely started over. That being said, it must be known, I have an unwavering standard of Keeping it Natural. When she was done each lash was completely individual, weightless, and perfect. 2 wks later... they are still standing, natural, no excess glue that resulted in clumping. I was in AZ over Thanksgiving and needed a fill so I tried Mailash. Though I don't remember the name of the lash technician, I remember that she was a beautiful well-dressed Vietnamese woman who had been in the fashion industry in a previous life. She was kind, listened to what I wanted, and absolutely delivered. I got Volume lashes and they were dense, and dramatic but elegant - as volume lashes should be. The table/bed was comfortable. It took a normal amount of time and after they give you a little lash kit. The price was fair for what they delivered and if I need a fill while in Scottsdale again I will likely return. One note, which is on a personal preference level is that I favor chill-out, ambient electronic or spa type music when getting lashes done, but they embrace their own style here, which is a little more popular upbeat electronic. read more

I have been coming to Mailash for almost a year after previously having a bad experience with Amazing Lash Studio. I found their studio off of Yelp, and it truly does not disappoint! I've had almost all of the technicians at Mailash work on my lashes before, but no one does as great of a job as Kathy Chen! She was able to find the style of volume lashes I really like, and she has eased all of my worries about keeping lash extensions on long-term. Kathy is extremely detailed and she is also the only person I've ever had do my lashes before who is able to make the volume fans look the way I want them to. I've experienced a lot of early shedding with my lashes when I've seen other techs, but not with Kathy. I could realistically go 3-4 weeks before needing a filI, but I choose to see her every 2 weeks. I've never gotten as many compliments on my lashes than I have since Kathy has taken them over. I look forward to my appointment every 2 weeks!! If you are looking for a new lash tech or want to start getting lash extensions, I would highly recommend Kathy! read more

I have been getting my lashes with Kayla for about 3 months now. I feel like she deserves a 5-stars review. I have gotten my lashes done somewhere else before and I could feel the irritation on my eyes. I never know that when the real eyelashes shed, it supposed to be only one at the time. Kayla was very caring and knowledgeable in explaining to me about the lash shed cycle and the after care (which i was never really been told in details before). Apparently facial cleansers, shampoo or conditioner can break down the glue easily so, when cleaning your face you should avoid the lash area and clean them separately. I also purchased a lash cleanser from MaiLash & Brow Studio which, has all natural ingredients. I am so glad to finally found a good lash technician who, always take time to ensure my lashes are done correctly . The lashes that they carry at this studio is truly feather soft and lightweight.
