First of all I WAY over estimated the time I would need them. I had a one bedroom apartment and I was just moving from one floor to the next floor up. But I had a lot of furniture and stuff! They moved my entire apartment in 1 HOUR!!! I was floored! That was up stairs too! They were FAST, professional, courteous, on time, took great care with all my belongings. I can't say enough good things about them! Communicated well before the move as well! I am SO using them again when I move next month. Their prices are MORE than fair! They make moving SO easy! He sent me a invoice for the amount that was discussed but there was no information at all showing the $100.00 deposit anywhere on the invoice. At this point i feel by the looks of this that he stole a $100.00 cash i gave to him. When we pointed it out to them, they said they would have it fixed. That was 10 days ago. We called them again today and they were very nonchalant about telling us they're not done with it and "maybe next week" but they couldn't be sure. Keep in mind, it's a scratch. They don't have to rebuild the thing. It seems like they're just waiting us out to see whether we'll say "nevermind" and just take back the table with the nasty scratch across the top so they don't have to fix it. They have not offered to replace the table either. They got their money, so this, of course, is not priority.
