I have been coming here for over 20 years. I always prefer to give my business to small business than the government. I went in there this week to mail a certified letter. The tall guy behind the counter looked miserable- was also rude and condescending had a bad attitude. From other reviews here on yelp apparently this is the way the guy is. I asked him for a small 5 inch piece of tape to put on the back of my envelope because I forgot to do it at home. He informed me it was going to be a dollar. A dollar for a piece of tape? I told him I've been coming there for over 20 years and his snarky comment was "we'll go talk to the owner She's outside". I told him I choose to bring my business there for 20 years because it's a small business and nobody else charges for a piece of tape. He threw my envelope down on the counter and said "then go somewhere else- here is your FREE piece of tape". I ended up just paying for the certified letter because I was in a rush, but the owner was walking in as I went out, and I stopped her and said the same things to her. I tried to School her on good customer service. She argued with me about how people come in and they lose a lot of money because of tape. I explained to her sometimes you got to just eat it as a business owner and if it cost you $50 a year in tape to be Customer service friendly then that's a very small price to pay in this environment. She looked at me and was dismissive. Guess the extra dollar she is making on maybe 10 people a year is gonna really put her over the top with revenue. There's another postal place on College Avenue which I'll be going to from here on out. What a fool. read more

Shipping and postal facility near Bealls department store It is a little hard to get in and out of because of the mall traffic They send packages and sell post office items. I just got stamps and had to wait in a long line But they also have cards, puzzles,wallets They have boxes and envelopes A small store. Gift items I heard a woman complain about charges and incorrect mailing processing of her package. The employee who waited on my husband and me today was impatient (even though there was only one other customer), condescending, sarcastic, and argumentative. My simple goal was to mail a box to my Dad for Father's Day. I asked if I needed a new box because I wasn't sure about the durability of the box I was using. He said, "no," then proceeded to complain that his packing tape would not stick to the box because the box was damp from some raindrops. He scolded me for checking the security of the tape, while the box was on the scale. He was curt in response to my questions. I spoke to the owner while I was there about my bad experience. He said about the employee "He's been here a while," as though that made the employee's behavior okay. I had been a regular customer of MSC for more than 25 years, and even at one time used them for my business mail. Under previous owners, service was always excellent. Under the new ownership, I have observed a sharp decline in courtesy and professionalism. Today was the last straw, and I will no longer recommend this business. read more

I have used mailbox locations from Florida to Hawaii during the past 50 years. This centrally located facility is an outstanding example of efficient Shipping, along with being an official US Mail Post Office with mailbox rentals. All employees have been quite friendly and now even remember my box number. After a year with them, I wouldn't consider having our mailbox anywhere else!!! read more

I came into the store today to mail out some things with some pre-printed labels for another business. When I arrived, I was asked if I needed help. I didn't really, but I accepted it anyway because the gentleman seemed like he cared. I proceeded to tell him what I needed to send out and that I already had labels. Without telling the entire story, he told me that they don't need my business because they don't make any money on my pre-paid labels. He wanted to charge me for an envelope. I did not tell him I needed, and also continue to argue with me. He wanted to send out the package with the label And the label wouldn't cover the weight. And I told him that I'm not comfortable doing that because it's a $1200 phone in the package. He got very rude. I asked why this was happening and why I was being treated in such a manner. I ended up leaving and I will never go back again. I really like pack and ship type businesses because I don't have to deal with the rude people at the post office. This was worse than the post office. Zero stars. read more

do not drop off packages to shop here. they will treat you like a hassle and will not give you a second of their time. people working front counter have minimal customer service skills. do yourself a favor and use a any different mailing place for your needs. read more

We always use this location for our shipping needs. Very friendly staff and a good variety of postcards. Sorry for other people who didn't have a good service but for us it was always great! After visiting the Page Field location and not receiving a decent service there, we decided to use only this location from now on! read more

I can see why this company has received bad reviews in the past. My experience this morning confirmed what other reviewers have experienced. When I asked questions about a drop off for an Amazon return which I made on August 30, each answer was condescending and the clerk kept saying she had other people to help. Her tone of voice was unacceptable and I was treated like a child, even though I am in my 70's. All I was trying to find out is when my package would be picked up and if my letter had been sent. She ended the conversation with "I hope you don't come back." read more

Mailed a package three day priority (USPS) through this company in mid-March 2016 and it took nine days to get to the recipient. Through this long process the package was damaged and irreplaceable items lost. USPS investigated this and found that no mailing weight was taken at the initial mail site (Mailbox shipping and communications-MSC) and could not explain why it traveled to as many unnecessary locations as it did. Additionally, I was not able to file an insurance claim online at USPS due to MSC not indicating it was mailed through priority. (Fortunately USPS is working with me on this issue). When I called to discuss with the manager at MSC, the female staff member I spoke to refused to allow me to speak to the manager, stating they were busy, and she could handle it. Her customer service skills were extremely poor. read more

This place is a JOKE!!! I recently mailed a prescription to St Louis Missouri through priority at this establishment. I paid my $6.65 for one prescription and thought it would arrive within 2-3 days as I was told that it would if I mailed it priority. I was given a tracking number. The tracking number is the only thing PRIORITY about it. No where on the receipt does it say priority. If you call the 1800 number they will tell you that no where on their screen does it say your item was mailed priority. I do not understand how a Postal company can get away with this. They CHARGE YOU for priority mail BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE THAT CAPABILITY TO MAIL IT PRIORITY. Apparently they can charge you for priority but cannot scan your product. Cannot put it in the computer as being priority. Cannot put in your destination. Doesn't show anywhere on your receipt that it was mailed priority or that I had insurance on my package. This is VERY EASY TO VERIFY, just CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! Today is day 18 after I mailed my package and it still says "In transit to destination". I have called the company 4 different times and NO THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PACKAGE. It took numerous phone calls to try to locate my package. More than 5 phone calls to the 1800 number that puts you on hold for about 1 hour each time you call. One trip to this facility as it is a subcontracting company with usps so could not find their phone number. Another trip to my doctors office to pick up another prescription to mail AGAIN. Then a trip to the real post office where I got PRIORITY shipping this time, free of charge of course since my package was lost. Not only am I disappointed to find out that a government run facility can fraudulently charge people for a service that they do not provide, at this facility and apparently the six mile cypress facility as well; but I'm also disappointed that the CLAIM is a joke as well. Since this company cannot TRULY SEND PRIORITY YOU CANNOT SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR THEM LOOSING YOUR PACKAGE. So there goes being paid for the numerous hours I spent trying to find my package. I will NEVER go back to this establishment. It's a rip off! It's a joke! And I'm going to ask the BBB how they can get away with charging people for a service they do not provide. read more
