I had 5 packages to return to Amazon and of those, the female employee had issues with 2 of them. 1st, one Amazon package wasn't opened but I had the return approval code from Amazon. She kept saying something about it not being opened ( I couldn't understand her in between the singing and her accent) so, I opened the package and inserted the return form from my Amazon email - as the others I had done with no issues from her. She said NO, that is wrong and she couldn't take it.... I never did understand why. I asked if I could pull it up on my emails and change it and she said NO, that I had to take it to Staples. I said I would not be back and that they need to do something with the music since they were in America and customers wouldn't understand that language and she and the male started yelling at me in front of other customers. I went to another location and had the best experience in a clean nice store with helpful and professional employees. They didn't even ask me to do it myself with the self-service kiosk, they said they were happy to scan and ship the packages for me.
