Are you kidding me, Free Bird? You're the best…read more I rear ended an SUV in my 04 Honda Civic (think the hood was smushed up like an accordion, and the front headlight was smashed in). Rick France was a godsend; he looked over the car thoroughly, explained things in layman's terms (I know NOTHING about cars), and went through the estimate. To be fair, the estimate was around $3300, which was more than half of what I paid for it to begin with. He could see I was visibly upset and gave me some great advice, which was to list it on craigslist as a car that could be rebuilt, rather than sell it to a chop shop which wouldn't pay more than a few hundred. Rick even went so far as to check to see if someone he knew (who was looking for a fixer upper for his daughter) would be interested. You don't get that kind of service many places). In the end, I placed it on craigslist and had two interested buyers within an hour. Ultimately, I ended up trading it in for 2k at a dealership which I put towards a new car. If I ever (holy sh*t let's hope not) rear end anyone else, I'll be back here for sure.

He threatened that the other insurance would force them to use subpar parts and that we would have to pay for labor. This was in direct conflict with what we heard and experienced from the insurance company. In one conversation when we were asking questions he hung up on us after suggesting we might want to take our car elsewhere. We decided and the insurance company agreed and paid for us to tow the car to a different body shop in town to get repaired. DO NOT take your car here.

My car was in an accident, someone hit me in the drivers side front tire and bumper area. (Not the…read moredoor) I had Lebanon Caliber Collision fix it. The FIRST time I got my car back everything they replaced was so OUT OF ALIGNMENT with body and door lines I had to return it to be fixed. It was absolutely bad and unacceptable, NOTHING LINED UP. Then, I had to return it a SECOND time because the repair work that was done on the left front steering locked up and almost shot me OFF THE ROAD when making a right hand turn! The car had to be towed into the shop for the 2nd time. They missed that a part was stripped and needed replaced. I was without my car on two occasions for a month or more each time! NOW, my drivers side door that was replaced by Caliber Collision in Lebanon does not lock or unlock. I was told they took parts out of my old car door and put them in the USED car door they replaced it with due to "alignment" issues. Now, they want to RUN IT THROUGH my insurance again for a THIRD TIME because the parts that THEY moved around are not working!! So, it will cost me money again from the insurance usage and my rates will go up again for something that was not done correctly when they gave me a USED door on my 2019 Cadillac which should of been replaced with a NEW DOOR! As far as I know they didn't hook up the door lock parts and pieces correctly and something is now fallen off or loose!! They are going with the lock is warn out, ALL MY OTHER DOORS WORK BEAUTIFULLY!!!! Just the junk work done on the replaced door that Caliber Collision did is what's not working!!! They should take the door panel off and inspect the work THEY DID and fix it! My car is newer and the parts are NOT worn out. This is a mistake by the Company that put the used parts together! It's just another way for them to charge customers over and over and over again each time they have to come back in!! NEVER GO TO THIS location!!! THEY DO NOT MAKE THINGS RIGHT!!! I will be paying a repair facility to do the work so I never have to deal with this Company again!! - Mary
