My car was in an accident, someone hit me in the drivers side front tire and bumper area. (Not the door) I had Lebanon Caliber Collision fix it. The FIRST time I got my car back everything they replaced was so OUT OF ALIGNMENT with body and door lines I had to return it to be fixed. It was absolutely bad and unacceptable, NOTHING LINED UP. Then, I had to return it a SECOND time because the repair work that was done on the left front steering locked up and almost shot me OFF THE ROAD when making a right hand turn! The car had to be towed into the shop for the 2nd time. They missed that a part was stripped and needed replaced. I was without my car on two occasions for a month or more each time! NOW, my drivers side door that was replaced by Caliber Collision in Lebanon does not lock or unlock. I was told they took parts out of my old car door and put them in the USED car door they replaced it with due to "alignment" issues. Now, they want to RUN IT THROUGH my insurance again for a THIRD TIME because the parts that THEY moved around are not working!! So, it will cost me money again from the insurance usage and my rates will go up again for something that was not done correctly when they gave me a USED door on my 2019 Cadillac which should of been replaced with a NEW DOOR! As far as I know they didn't hook up the door lock parts and pieces correctly and something is now fallen off or loose!! They are going with the lock is warn out, ALL MY OTHER DOORS WORK BEAUTIFULLY!!!! Just the junk work done on the replaced door that Caliber Collision did is what's not working!!! They should take the door panel off and inspect the work THEY DID and fix it! My car is newer and the parts are NOT worn out. This is a mistake by the Company that put the used parts together! It's just another way for them to charge customers over and over and over again each time they have to come back in!! NEVER GO TO THIS location!!! THEY DO NOT MAKE THINGS RIGHT!!! Didn't do work they said they where going to do!! My car was dirty when pickup they didn't clean it !! They did front in work didn't clean lelf the inside of my car dirty!! Floor mats got grease on the top liner by my visor. It's very unprofessional for the price they charge my insurance Co. It should have been done right and a clean car!! I wish I could give them a good rating as I've taken my car to them in the past when it was under the name Main Body shop. A few years back, my car was hit from behind and they had to replace my bumper and they also touched up the paint on my trunk. When they finished the work, I couldn't even tell it was ever hit....and the paint matched perfectly for a car that was over 20 years old! Recently I was hit from behind again....same car. Bad timing as I was in the process of selling the car. Fortunately the person that hit my car paid cash to have the repairs done. When I picked up the car and drove it home, I noticed a red light on the dash was lit up indicating either a bulb was out or the trunk wasn't secure. I drove it back to the shop and pointed this out. They assured me that everything was in working order and told me that there must have been a short somewhere in the car after getting hit and they wouldn't know where to begin looking for it and told me to take it to a electrical shop. I told them that the red light on the dash was never on prior to bringing to them. I was surprised to hear them say that it shouldn't be my problem anymore and not to worry about it since I was selling my car anyway. I replied by saying "so I should 'stick it' to the new owner"?? I couldn't believe I heard what I heard! That same day when I turned the car over to the new owner, I let him know about the light on the dash. Apparently the shop 'didn't' check all the back lights because I was informed right away that the light above the license plate wasn't working. I called the shop back to let them know that the problem was found and it needed to be fixed. I also mentioned that the manual to the car pointed out what the problem could be. (this information could also be found online) They set up an appointment to bring the car back. The new owner of the car told me of the cold reception he got when he brought it to them. He was told that "this is a courtesy and it was no longer covered under warranty because he's the new owner". To me, this was all part of the work they should've done in the first place! They should've apologized instead for not catching the mistake. They acted like they were doing him a favor. I wonder if they just took a shortcut because they knew I was selling the car....and even the paint wasn't a perfect match like it had been before. They told me since the car was old, they couldn't match it completely. Well, the prior job they did, they 'did' match it perfectly and the car was just as old then! And always garage kept. Other shops said they could've blended it to match. Because of their attitude and unprofessionalism, I can't give them a good review nor will I recommend their business to anyone. I am highly recommending Caliber Collision in Lebanon Oregon. I brushed up against a wooden post and had white paint and some scrapping on the front driver side fender. I made an appointment for an estimate and talked with Joe. He gave me some really good advice and actually used some spray cleaner and removed the paint that was left on my car off for no charge. My car was towed to this shop when the shop in Philomath did not have time to finish the repairs they started. Caliber Collision in Lebanon had my car from April 7th-April 26th. My husband picked up my car and when I got home after work we looked the car over and noticed several problems. The trunk lid did not closed properly and the rear quarter panel did not line up correctly with the bumper. I took my car to Caliber Collision in Corvallis where 2 technicians declared that the repair was not done correctly and found many other problems.
