At 10 a.m., I clearly explained the tint I wanted. Instead, the worker made the decision to install a different tint--something I never asked for--without my consent. When I refused it, the worker became aggressive. My son, who had taken the car in for me, was treated terribly--so rudely, in fact, that he was nearly physically threatened. The car was left soaking wet, and it felt completely deliberate. Even after all this, they took almost five hours, and the service was still horrendous. When I tried to speak to the owner, he wasn't even willing to listen, and his partner outright insulted me, hurling vile language I won't repeat, even though I remained calm and respectful. I paid a significant amount, and I have the receipt, but none of my requests were met. This is truly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I will never return, and I strongly advise anyone else to stay far, far away from this place. Absolutely awful. Do not waste your time or money here.

I am absolutely appalled at the way they run their "business", and how they treated me when I started to ask questions after purchasing a vehicle from them. For a back story, I'm an 18 year old girl that was buying her first car. They had promised me that their mechanic had looked everything over, and that the car was in "great shape". I bought the car on January 8th, just over a month ago, however they had managed to break my door handle during the process. They were willing to repair it themselves for no extra charge, but took over a week to do so. Even after the fact I couldn't lock my door from inside the car anymore, so much for "fixing" the issue by making another one. Once I actually got the car on January 26th, I noticed that it had been driven over 50 miles from when I purchased it just a few weeks prior. I'm not too sure why my car was driven that much, or at all for that matter. Fast forward to a week later, my car had started to misfire, but I assumed it was a spark plug issue. Turns out it was much more than that after | discovered my radiator was filled with oil so I knew I had a head gasket issue. EVERYDAY for the next TWO WEEKS I would attempt to call and talk to somebody who could help me understand how a car I just bought for five grand, and was in "great shape", would have something this serious occur. Once I was able to get ahold of the owner who goes by Jake, I requested an explanation for the damage, as well as a portion of the repair cost to be covered for the hassle of everything. He went on to deny everything, and begin to make fun of the way I talked, consistently talked over me, and ended up hanging up on me mid sentence when I finally was able to get a word in. This "business" will treat you like a priority until you've given them your hard earned money. Then and only then will you realize they're a huge scam when things begin to fail, and they turn their backs on you when you ask for help. I highly recommend you DO NOT BUY A CAR from these so called "business men."

I came to Minty to tint our brand new car, our baby…read more While the tint application itself is pretty spot on, the clean up process after was pretty problematic. I brought in my car at 9am on the day, after a detail. Work was not started until about 1:30p, I get alerts in the Toyota App. Car was ready right at closing, I was already suspicious of a rush job. The next morning I find glue on the back, and side windows, and a razor scratch on my door bumper. I go back, insisting that the glue is from them, after being argued with that it's sap from a tree, and that that most of the work is done from women, who have a "stronger attention to detail" and that they work on "very expensive cars." So, I come in a week later, today, to get my door bumper replaced. I hear a loud thump from the waiting room and peek over to find three people stumped at application. I inspect myself, only to find the top inch isn't even attached. I take the loss, I refuse to go back. Let this be a warning to future customers to inspect your work done before you leave the property, thoroughly. And a lesson to Minty, to have way more attention to detail, knowledge of application, and accountability.
