Tara with K.T. Cakes did what no other baker was willing to do, and she did it with flying colors, and within our budget! All night I received compliments on how pretty our wedding cake was with the mountain design. My husband and I also really wanted a maple filling in the cake because we love maple bars. Tara said that wasn't on her normal menu but that she would do it. Let me tell you... the cake tasted as good as it looked. We then had guests coming up to us all night raving about the taste of the cake. I hope Tara implements the maple as one of her regular flavors, because everyone should jump on that flavor without hesitation the second they can. She also delivered the cake safely and with plenty of time to spare! Being from out of state, Tara was super accommodating of us mailing our cake stand and topper to her as well.
