First time ordering from here because I saw a special on a delivery app which was buy 1 get 1. The photos on their site looked good however, upon opening the delivery noticed MOLD and did not eat the food which I paid almost $50 for. I called the number which was not a good number, I left a review on social media and also sent their corporate an email and have not heard back. I do like main bird sandwiches and their crinkled fries. The sandwiches were good and filling. Buns were smaller , hence making the slider proportioned with meat. Went on their 2nd day grand opening. It was really good food and deal. Free slider and 50% everything else. They had a long line before noon (when they open on Sunday, but we only had to wait 20 minutes. The food came out pretty quickly and it was all correct and tasted good. I was afraid to get too spicy but the highest I went was hot (it wasn't hot.) I am super intrigued with cluck it (Carolina reaper). Also since they were having the 50% I should have gotten the milkshake!!!! Ugh I am so mad at myself for not trying it. The grand opening wasn't that grand. We waited an hour to get our food which is ridiculous. I almost asked to cancel. There's a reason for soft openings, it's to work out the kinks, doesn't seem like they worked them out. The music was really loud in there we could barely hear the cashier. We were told we were part of the first 150 customers and would get free sliders. This is where their advertisement was misleading. It said 50% all day and free slider to first 150, it didn't say anything about free slider "with purchase". Nonetheless, we ordered because we wanted to try it out. They also charged us wrong and after waiting an hour for our meal took more time to correct the charge. We got the food to go because their wasn't any seating left. Food- Bird Wrap- Way too small of a chicken in a big tortilla wrap. It was disappointing. I felt like I was eating more lettuce/ranch than the chicken itself. Comeback Slider- didn't have any wow factor, sauce was okay. I wish it had more than one pickle slice. Cluck it fries- I liked this one, and think it would be a great dish to share, the portion size was big. I was disappointed ours didn't get much cheese, if you look at the picture there's barely any. 1. It takes a while to be served even when there's no one else in the restaurant. 2. My orders (always) tend to be messed up. It's either they added something I said to get rid of or forgot to add what I requested. Recently they forgot to give the sauce which is a huge disappointment. There isn't really any customer service because all you do is walk in, take the order on a tablet on your own, and wait. And there's still a tip button.
