I took a trip to Bogotá, Colombia earlier this year and so I was somewhat familiar with Colombian cuisine. I noticed this spot and saw that they did rotisserie chicken which I like so I popped in to check them out. I ordered the 3 piece chicken pieces which came with rice and beans and also an arepa which is a Colombian food item similar to a Mexican tortilla that is grilled. You can get arepas filled with all kinds of other ingredients of veggies and a protein but these were just the dough. I haven't found an arepa rellena shop around here yet. I then noticed they sold something called Bandeja Paisa which is a typical plate in Colombia having seen it on my trip there. I asked her about it and she said they had it and that it was also a very good choice so I asked to change my order for that plate which she was more than willing to do for me. It comes with a deep fried pork belly strip, a small piece of flank steak and a sausage with rice, beans, a fried plantain, and an arepa. It also came with a slice of avocado and a fried egg on top. Not a bad deal for $11.00. The pork belly was crispy almost like bacon. I was going to ask if they had any vinegar to dip the pork belly in but never got around to it. The sausage was good, very basic as was the steak. I just cut everything into smaller bite size pieces and kind of mixed it in with the rice. I liked it and for the price thought it was a great value . I'd definitely order here again sometime. I liked that the lady was accommodating and will come back again soon for round two. read more

Got two of the sandwiches, the Columbianan and Chicken Sandwich. The burger was a decent size and was cooked well. The chicken sandwich was the same but thinner, and was better than the burger IMO. Something tells me they make other things better than the sandwiches. Both came with bacon and fries. The fries were absolutely soggy beyond consumption. I managed to save them at home with an air fryer but jeez they were bad. The bacon was also undercooked which I also saved at home by cooking it more. Staff was nice and friendly so I give them that. I would probably order something else besides the sandwiches next time and I would definitely avoid the fries and anything with bacon. read more

I've been wanting to try Roasti Pollo Colombian food for awhile after seeing some initial rave reviews...lived up to the hype for me! Located in a strip mall, plentiful of parking on-site, easy to find in the corner. For my to-go order, I ordered the 12 piece family meal which comes with a Whole chicken, half chicken, and 3 large sides...plenty of food and lasted us at least 3 meals over the span of 2 days. The chicken- both dark and white meat were very moist and flavorful. Rice and beans - excellent tasting and complements the chicken well. Fried Yucca - big deep fried chunks, excellent with the dipping sauce. Plantains - sweet and savory, excellent again. Arepas - very yummy! Not sure if it was baked or fried, either way very good. My visit last week was for lunch to this rotisserie chicken type restaurant. Ordering at the counter I decided on the 4 piece (half chicken) plate with two sides for $9. I picked mashed potatoes and gravy and sweet corn. The food was delivered to my table in less than 10 minutes. All of the food was very hot in temperature. I started with the mashed potatoes and gravy in a big bowl. It was very good in taste with the potatoes being almost creamy like along with a delicious brown gravy. The sweet corn was also a pleasure as it was a large serving that tasted yummy too. Finally the chicken was all juicy and reasonably flavorful and they added tortillas to the plate too. This was a good tasting and very filling meal that deserves a 4 for three reasons. First of all, the portions were large, the food tasted good and the overall price of $9 made it a steal. Everything was still warm when it got to me, was packaged nicely! Chicken was tender and flavorful. Opted for arepas instead of tortillas and honestly will do that from now on. They included a couple of green sauces on the side. Bandeja paisa plate had Colombian sausage, beef, and a big crunchy slab of pork belly and a fried egg! The egg yolk was still runny when it got to me, which I loved. Even the rice had flavor. The chicken nachos were okay. Came with refried beans, chicken, and cheese already spread out on the chips. They came with sour cream, tomatoes, and pieces of avocado. Plantains were good as well. The mashed potatoes and gravy, I probably wouldn't get again. Also, my dad loves any kind of mashed potatoes and gravy but did not like this one. My parents are extremely picky but they thoroughly enjoyed this meal and so did I. Will order again! read more

When I was trying to find a place for take out tonight a family member mentioned wanting chicken and I found this place nearby and was encouraged by the reviews. I found it fairly easily and there was plenty of parking. The inside is bright and clean and I was greeted instantly upon entering. I ordered the 8-piece family meal with coleslaw and beans and rice as the sides and we got it to go. Everything was incredible. The chicken was juicy and had a really nice flavor. The coleslaw was crisp and fresh and the dressing had a really nice vinegar kick. And the beans and rice. The beans and rice were life changing. Quality of food has declined the last two times we visited. Last visit the chicken was room temperature and they gave me two legs instead of a leg and thigh as the menu states.
