So I hate having to make reviews but this one is NEEDED...So the last time I went I was missing an item and they REFUSED to replace it because she said no one was there to make that decision knowing I paid for it. So I told myself I was not going back because this place obviously doesn't care about their customers or their feelings. So yesterday I ordered on the website and AGAIN I was missing my item. My item was $3 brown sauce. So I called and was told to come the next day to get my brown sauce. Now ask yourself why not just give me my money back and not sauce I can't eat on food I no longer have. Make it make sense. The LACK of concern for fixing issues doesn't apply to this restaurant and I'd much rather spend my money at an establishment that cares about giving me what I paid for and my feelings. Next time I won't go against my better judgement and I'll stay far away. 10/10 do not recommend. I was missing my fried rice and brown sauce with no concern to fix my order. read more

This is for the Double Dragon on FM 529. They are my go-to place for Chinese take-out. I love their Lo Mein and order it all the time. The chicken is very tender and the vegetables just crisp enough. Both my husband and I love their Won Ton soup, the won tons are not chewy and the broth is to die for. We have ordered other items on occasion, but these are our favorites. We ordered our general tso chicken and orange chickens with plain rice, hot n sour soup and eggrolls. As far as taste, the chickens were fine. Had a nice sweet sugary, tangy touch to them. They came with a few broccoli in them. Kids loved the sauce of the dish, and were mixing it good with the rice. Egg rolls were pretty good too, although very greasy. I have had better hot n sour soup and Double Dragon's was ok. It didn't have that fiery kick to it and was more water down. I called to let them know that the meal was missing that spicy sauce. I am SO picky when it comes to Chinese food, and this little hole in the wall place is my favorite! I am a huge stickler when it comes to consistency of chicken and my biggest complaint in about 99% of Chinese restaurants is that the chicken pieces are big, soft, and mushy.
