It's not your normal 5 star establishment but I'm giving 5 stars for so many…read moreother reasons. 5 stars for it being something unlike anything else I've ever seen and in the middle of nowhere at that. 5 stars for the prices & selection of the souvenirs, so much better than on the island or laguna vista. Is it run down? Yes! Isn't most everything in this area? The attitude of the employees was shocking too, there was only 1 guy there when we got there, he was running the entire massive place and didn't complain one bit, was happy to help and that was so refreshing. Later we met another girl working the rundown arcade who was just as nice and helpful :), so 5 stars for staff. We went on a Saturday from 3-5:30pm and we're basically the only ones there so I can understand why it's rundown, they don't have the money to do the upkeep but it was pretty cool to see once. My 3 littles enjoyed it, my mom enjoyed reading about everything in the journey too. So love it or hate it, it's cool to check out for something to do while in town and need a break from the beach (with sunburn like us). It's a one time thing, I can't really see coming back with the condition the games and everything is in. Just have low expectations and be surprised :). Laser Tag was closed, they said it's been closed since Covid started. Just FYI.

It looks just like a burger patty that my brother was freaking out and was like, "Whats that?!?!" I said, "I know looks real right?" They char it to perfection, and they use a kaiser type roll, which just goes hand in hand. Its a big portion it fills me up as Im half way thru. Shoestring fries or waffle fries, crisp with every bite. ($5 w/fries) Beer on tap: SAMUEL ADAMS ($5)! woop! and shiner bock($4), bud, and BL. 24 oz cups. Thier menu offers other items which I havent tried, but my meateater friends have. My Brother said the burgers were good, and he'd go back for the food. His g/f couldnt finish hers. The front desk guys were nice but the thing that really bothered me was somehow my panic button on my rental car was activated and the alarm was going off. One of the employees hurried over and let me know the car alarm was going off. Without thinking much I rushed out to turn off the alarm which took me a couple minutes to figure out it wasn't just the alarm but the panic button. Coming back in there was a nasty short lady with a bad attitude that just had to make it a point to show she was pissed off I walked outside with my shoes still on. My mistake but she was awfully rude about it. That put a damper on our time there and I would have paid for another hour but we decided to just go after the first hour. I didn't want to do business here anymore after dealing with that b****. I don't plan on returning.

They have the option of your food being brought to you or having a buzzer and getting it yourself when you're ready. Staff were all nice and explained things well. Take advantage of making a reservation online if you don't want to wait to start bowling. No glitches at all, but if you needed to reset the pins it was a quick push of a button. Yes it was just a beer, but the bartender offered me a "trechas" and salt rim and also extra limes which was nice. They have bowling, the climbing area above and laser tag and pool tables....but wish they had some bumper cars. That would've been cool. Can't speak for the food, but it looked alright. There's like this mild neglect all the staff have even at the concession area. Multiple employees just walk passed you and seem to assume I'm just standing around to kill time. I always wait about 10 minutes before some one seat my family. The food is really good though.
