I have been to the Summit twice now. The food is a solid 3 stars. Nothing fantastic but completely acceptable. First time I had chicken tacos and second time I had a chicken burger. Both were good, neither were great. The game selection they have is lots of fun. Lots of popular games and they have a pretty decent laser tag arena too that isn't too expensive. Their bowling though is way overpriced. I think it's like 10 bucks a game plus a few extra for shoes or maybe even more... I just know that the first time I went I intended on bowling but ended up not doing it because I wouldn't have had money for anything else. If the bowling prices were reasonable I would probably give them 5 stars. Overall the summit is definitely a fun place and is worth the visit if you want to have dinner and game. Side note one thing I noticed is that the machines take forever to rack up your points. They count them out individually which is really slow if you get a large amount of points. One of the machines took 5 min to count out all the points when someone won 800 on it. Not sure if they could fix that with a configuration change or not. read more

Four stars do to One complaint, one of The training employees " Gina" was extremely and I mean extremely RUDE! She spoke to people with a negative attitude and was very short . She also slammed the bowling shoes down the entire time she dealt with customers. Besides Miss Gina , our time at The Summit was fun!! Excellent service and staff. We had a large party and they were beyond accommodating for us. Especially during Covid and not being able to have larger groups. Our family was able to spend quality time together which is something we all needed. I can't say enough good things about this place. All the kids and adults had a blast. I came with a large group and it was a great experience. The food was top-notch for a bowling alley and the bowling lanes were spacious with comfortable seating. However, the best part of this experience was the service we received. Our waitress was so pleasant and extremely attentive to our needs. Right as you were finishing a drink, she was ready to get your next drink. As soon as your plate was empty, she was looking to get it removed. Went to The Summit to take my niece to play arcade games and bowl. Upon arrival, it was a 2 hour wait for a bowling lane. We notices many open lanes, but we figured we would wait and play around in the arcade. $40 later, my niece was able to use her points for about $7 worth of 'prizes'. She had a great time, so I had fun, too. We finally got our bowling lane (about an hour and 30 minutes later). There were about 8-10 lanes that were open. No idea what took so long. We had a team of about 20 young softball girls right next to us, but I understand that this is kind of a 'pizza party' atmosphere here. Likes: All of the bowling balls were very well organized by weight and size (of the holes). Service at the lane itself (including booze and food) Dislike: The lightest ball they had was 6 pounds, which was still too heavy for my niece. The idea of eating while bowling has me a little grossed out. Expensive.. $40 for games, about $50 for bowling/shoes I dont know if we will be returning, but we had fun and spend a crap ton of money. read more

As far as the bowling alley, and everything that isn't the food goes this place is great. I've never had any sort of issues with any of it. The issues arrive with the food, I'd personally not recommend eating here. The food isn't really bad, but it also isn't good. It's more or less the definition of mediocore. I've tried it on two occasions and on both the food was "meh" or below, and the service overall lacking. Everyone in my group felt the same. Went in to The Summit with my brother and my mom for Mother's Day. We were there to bowl and to eat. When we ordered drinks, my mom's was the last to arrive, and by a good ten minutes. I wouldn't normally be irritated by that, but it was Mother's Day... Get my mom's drink finished first, I can wait. The main problem started today. I looked at my checking account to see that they had charged me $90 more than I had signed for. When I called, the office manager Anne Streater met me with annoyance that she had to deal with this. She called me back after she spent time verifying my story, and she explained that the bartender had messed up and that this wasn't the first time this has happened. Understand that this is a regular practice with this establishment. You can find other reviews where people say that they have been overcharged. In this case, overcharging me this much dipped into my budget set aside for bills, especially ones due in the next couple of days. Because this is regular practice with them, they didn't care about trying to make it right with me. They only care about getting their money and moving on. If you can avoid this place, please do. It's not worth the missing money, the people who are annoyed because they have to do their job, and especially the headache. read more

Recently had my son's 5yr birthday here. Large group of kids and adults with several lanes. Great time had by all. We made the reservation with the staff on a short notice with no issues. I was thoroughly impressed with the personalized level of service we received from the moment we arrived until we departed. The event coordinator was there to greet us at the door and assisted us with everything from shoes to lighting the birthday cake candles. Top notch concierge service. We come here for bowling. That part is fun and we love that The Summit participated in the kids bowl free program. However if your kids are hungry and you are hungry I would recommend buying food elsewhere. Eat before you come because the prices are extremely high for the amount of food that you get. A 12 inch pizza and 10 wings was $32 and the pizza only fed two kids. Adults ate the wings but 5 wings hardly makes a lunch. Just wish they would do better with their food and food prices. read more

Worst service ever.....we decided to go to the Summit tonight, because one of our favorite bands were playing their tonight and wanted to celebratemy husband and sons birthday. When we arrived we were told it would be a 2 hour wait....however we could put our name in and then sit in the open seating area. Once a table was ready we could move over. We understand that they were very busy and it was going to take time.....the plan was to let the kids play while...eat and listen to the band. Mandy took care of us in open seating area as best as she could....she was having to cover the open seating area and the main bar...all while training a new staff member. We did eat in the open seating.. At our 2 hour mark....my husband went to ask how much longer to sit closer to the band and order some dessert....that is when my husband was told that we took our name off the list....which we did not.....then she said they would work as hard as they could to be the next ones seated but it will be another 30 minutes. A table was finally available and we moved into the main dining area. We sat there for 45 minutes without a single person offering us anything...not a glass of water nothing...and it was not like we didn't try to get a waitress or anyone attention. We actually just walked out. I even had to go and chase down a manager to even let her know how bad the service sucked....for how expensive it is for drinks, food and games... and not have better services than that is ridiculous. read more

I have been to The Summit several times. I have been lucky enough to not have to wait for a lane each of the times. Their food is amazing for this kind of place. Huge arcade, a sports bar, a 21 up bar/lounge with its own lanes. They have tables and menus right at the lanes and couches too. The food is amazing fare for this type of establishment. The staff are all super polite, well trained, super helpful. Athyr, Brooklyn, Lacy, and Jo all rock. Tons of other helpful staff members that I can't even name. I have only just started going here in the recent months, but this place is so awesome I keep coming back once or twice a week. read more

We had fun at the summit, but have a suggestion- turn up the dang AC!! You're charging an arm and a leg for bowling, games, laser tag, we know you can afford to keep your customers cool. Cool place with lots to offer. However, service definitely needs to to step it up. Came here one Sunday to watch the games with my boyfriend and we rarely saw our server. He was annoyed when we had to find him for anything. Our prime rib dip came out without horseradish sauce, and normally not an issue, but there was nobody around to ask for more before our meal got cold. We are in a bowling league and come here every Thursday. Brooklyn takes amazing care of us, but if she is not our server then every time we leave disappointed. Tried to go bowling on a Tuesday night with our family of 6. We were told there was a 2 hour wait because they had league bowling. There were only a few lanes in use so we questioned the long wait. Then they said that the reason was the league bowlers were really picky who they bowled next to! Really?? Sounds like there were open lanes after all. We left and went somewhere else for our family night. They just lost a few $100 of our business and a got a bad rating! read more

Don't schedule a country band on the same night when you have teenagers and young adults coming to bowl during the cosmic bowling! Cosmic bowling is supposed to have club like music and no lights and lasers and stuff like that! Not shitty country music bands that only formed like a week ago! Maybe put the cowboys in the eagles nest and cater more to your bigger audience on Fridays, the teens and young adults! Also none of the worker here know shit about timing! Has the misfortune of spending an evening here recently. We get there and are told it's a two hour wait for bowling but we decide to put our name on the Eagles Nest because the cashier told us we would get to the front of the list faster. We decide to grab some food while we wait and the service was terrible. Never got silverware, had empty cups the entire time, and saw our waitress on the phone while we sat there without these things. We then go to see if our lanes are ready yet and learn Eagles Nest bowling is 15 dollars more and hour which no one had told us or warned us about and there had been open cosmic bowling lanes for a while! They need a better system for bowling to make sure the people waiting the longest get lanes first. Not to mention bathrooms were disgusting you could smell them from the lanes, drinks and food everywhere not being cleared, etc. Didn't see a manger all night or anyone that seemed to be above the age of 18. Lastly the music sucked and was all inappropriate rap from the early 2000s. They seem to be too cheap to pay for any current music. Needs new management before I return. read more

I took my family of 4 here for an evening. We were planning to eat dinner, play some games, do some bowling and laser tag. We were really excited to have a place with lots to offer so close. The first impression was great. Nice new bowling area, very cool arcade games and a nice looking bar/restaurant. We decided to eat first because we had lots of fun things to do. An early dinner was over $50 with tip (burger, taco, two kids meals and no alcohol). While waiting for our food my son and I wanted to play a couple games. Put $35 on a card and BLEW through that. Many of the games are $1-$2 a play. Figured they were cool so what the heck. Went back to eat and food was pretty good. Only complaints on dinner was our drinks were empty almost the entire meal. Pretty sure the seasoning cap fell off on the fries and and there was nobody around for a refill. Had to go to the bar twice. If they were slammed, it would be less irritating but there were only 3 or 4 tables total at the time. Once dinner was over we blew through another $35 in the arcade. The points and prizes were nice and they did have some kids walking away with some cool stuff. After that we decided to do some bowling. I have my own shoes so only needed three shoe rentals and one lane. They rent by the hour and it cost $40 bucks for one hour and three shoe rentals. Even the guy at the counter said it was really expensive but if we wanted to wait an hour and a half it went to 1/2 price bowling WTF. The hour starts sooner than you can get to the lane so the first ball went down the isle with about 45min left on the clock. They also input your name up front (nice idea) so when I was not on the screen I had to go to the counter and waist another 5 minutes. We just made it through the first game when the clock ran out. One game. By now I was feeling a little bent over as I had already spent quite a bit of money in what felt like a very short amount of time. Went to go check out the laser tag and it was $8 per person, per round. The high price causes nobody to be in line and you can't play laser tag with two people. Had to tell my son it was broken and we would have to try again some other time. So, either bring your wallet full of $$ or find out what day, time, deal and activity you want to do and pay what it should cost in the first place. read more

The service is terrible in the restaurant, terrible at the bowling lanes, and terrible in the arcade. In the restaurant we sat with empty glasses and never got any silverware. In the arcade the prize room was pretty barren, so we asked if they had any more "prizes" that weren't on display and the response we got was "we used to". At the bowling alley, my friend was charged double and the transaction had to be voided, but nobody could produce a receipt proving the void. Once we got to our bowling lane there were roughly 900 pairs of bowling shoes laying around, the table had not been bussed, and there wasn't a single member of the wait staff in sight. Not to mention the music was ridiculous, terrible and completely inappropriate. This place is a joke. I won't be returning. read more

We went with another couple this weekend and waited ten minutes at the bar before being noticed which wouldn't have been an issue except when we got service our bartender Alyssa was rude and quite literally through the credit card back at us, as well as my friends ID. Being a bartender myself I make sure to be polite when ordering so I have to say it was definitely out of context to be treated so rudely.
