The games are great! We went with another couple this weekend and waited ten minutes at the bar before being noticed which wouldn't have been an issue except when we got service our bartender Alyssa was rude and quite literally through the credit card back at us, as well as my friends ID. Being a bartender myself I make sure to be polite when ordering so I have to say it was definitely out of context to be treated so rudely. I had my two kiddos bdays there. I was happy with the service, food, arcade,and laser tag. They were very accommodating too my needs and created a wonderful birthday experience. My only issue was the pricing was a bit high. The kids blew through the 10 dollar arcade cards. I figure my best bet would have been eating pizza and cupcakes somewhere else and spending the extra money on the arcade games instead of getting the birthday package. On the plus side, all i had to do was show up and pay. The hostess handled everything else. Even cut and served the cake and wrote down a gift list for us. read more

Overall my latest experience at the summit was a huge disappointment. First off I was sitting near the kitchen waiting for my food while waiting for a lane and heard an outrageous amounts of cussing coming from the cooks. Once we finally got to our lane our waitress was amazing. She was on top of things and provided great service even with how busy it was. My next disappointment came when I witnessed the lane next to us be down right nasty and rude to our waitress. They were obviously intoxicated and the management did nothing even as these rude customers brought the waitress to tears. Overall I cannot support a business that treats there staff so poorly and doesn't have their backs. read more

We walked up to pay for bowling and the guy at the counter said we wouldn't be able to play for a hour and a half. My boyfriend then politely asked if he knew of another bowling place in the area the guy looks at us asks us if we have iPhones and then tells us to go ask Siri. We found this incredibly rude as well as horrible customer service. read more

Went there for the first time and was impressed. We went there for a few games of bowling and when we arrived Zach greeted us at the front desk. He advised us if you wait 10 minutes your games will only be $5 bux and gave us the whole run down of the place. Friendly atmosphere and an employee looking out for the patrons. Great experience overall,both at restaurant and in gameroom. We went to celebrate our daughter getting on principals list and truly did not expect service and food to be so good as we went to a similar place in past and it was very bleh. We had Anna as our server and she was fantastic and had the pork wings,sounds weird,but so good!! Daughter had the three cheese mac n cheese w bacon,which was terrific. I had a great shrimp poboy and husband had the cowboy burger,all cooked perfectly. Gameroom was huge and took daughter a long time to play 35 bucks,so we'll definitely return in future. read more

Family of three with a young child, usually come during the day and use our kids bowl free family pass. We've experienced excellent service whether we ask for just waters to drink or each order a meal. The food isn't bad either, definitely superior to your typical bowling alley food. Fun games and prizes for all ages, an all-around fun way to spend a few hours. Know that if you come during the busy times you will have to wait, so if you want to avoid that, I recommend getting there when they open! read more

We contacted the Summit twice to confirm a party of 21 for a dinner party and bowling - in which the girl on the telephone told me both times, this was fine and that they can handle the volume and will have tables for us even though it is first-come, first-served. The evening we arrived at 6:30 pm, and were informed that all bowling lanes were reserved for one party and would not open to the public until 9:30. We had 17 very disappointed girls and some frustrated parents. The website lists public bowling hours and yet they rented out every lane leaving none available to walk-in guests - this is pretty poor business. They alienated everyone of us in our party, and I am sure the 100 and more other walk-in guests. Laser tag was fun; the food was fine. Dining service was very poor - 45 minutes to wait for a table and extremely slow waitress who had only our table to manage. 40 minutes for drinks alone is not reasonable. This is an excellent idea for restaurant and games/fun, as we have no Dave & Busters in Northern Colorado. However it is evident the management and owners know little to nothing of customer service. I predict they have few return guests and will not last long before they sell. read more

Had a great time at our company Christmas party until they kicked me out of the bar stating that they were "setting up for a private event" even though we told them we were just waiting for a ride. They also told us we couldn't use the box of props or photo booth because that as well was reserved for this so called private event who BTW has yet to arrive. #out read more

I called tonight, ahead, to reserve a lane for my kids and I to bowl for 2 hours using the $5/hour rate. I left my name with the manager to hold the lane while I got my kids into the car to drive there (we live 5 minutes away). By the time we got there, there were no lanes, our lane we reserved with the manager having been given away and now told we would have to wait an hour for a free lane. After calling ahead to reserve a lane, this is unacceptable. The manager was basically, you'll have to wait, spend more $ while you wait for your lane to entertain your kids and we will let you bowl for the 2 hour at $5/hour starting when you get the lane. Very poor service and attitude when they messed up our evening. There should have been something else they could have done to accommodate us for their error. read more

Pros: clean, awesome arcade, and great bowling. Cons: understaffed and rude bartender in the restaurant. Laser tag room was pretty stinky. This was our first trip to the summit this past Wednesday and we had a good experience up until we decided to get some food at the restaurant. We had tried to order food while bowling but by the time a waitress saw us (one waitress for all the lanes is clearly not enough- poor thing was swamped!) we were done bowling. So we decided to go try the restaurant. The bartender had roped off the main restaurant and when we asked why we were told because they were understaffed so she told us to sit in the lounge. No big deal, we were pleasant about it. Our issue started with the extremely rude female brunette bartender with glasses. She took ages to come take our order and when we asked questions about the menu she was absolutely horrible and rude to us. It was so shocking that after ordering, we decided to just go somewhere else to eat. And to be clear, I was being pleasant this entire time! I did my time working customer service in college- it can suck, I get it! But there's no need to be so horrible to people who are being nice to you. When I went up to cancel our order, she didn't say a word and just stormed off. Our overall first impression was it was a nice facility but horribly understaffed. And the few help they had was so stressed (the poor waitress by the bowling) or angry (the bartender). We would have stayed longer and spent more money if the restaurant experience wasn't so terrible. read more

Looking for a nice casual dinner that has great food and service the Summit is it. Family time where the kids can have fun in a clean safe environment while you relax and watch the game then you've found the right spot. One of the best new places in Windsor hands down. It was really bad. I mean really bad. We ordered a pizza for three kids expecting a good size pizza. Its tiny. Its almost the size of a totino's pizza. We also ordered the fish tacos (they were soggy with grease) and a bacon cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was so soggy I couldn't pick it up to eat it. The beer (a New Belgium Citradelic) tasted like a dirty tap, I honestly don't think they clean their taps. Over all a terrible experience and I honestly can't recommend this restaurant. A few nights ago, my husband and I were watching our nephew, and decided to give this place a try. The wait for bowling was insane, so we ended up eating first. Food was decent, but a bit overpriced. Service, however, was excellent! Our waitress was such a sweetheart and on top of it. You could tell they were busy, but she made sure we were taken care of. She even gave Brice, our nephew, an alien sticker (he loves aliens and was mesmerized) which I thought was so nice. I mean, really, such a friendly young lady. I think her name was Christy? Anyway, as far as the rest of our experience went...that's an entirely different story. The one star I would give this place goes to our waitress. read more

The family went in on 6/16 to celebrate an early fathers day and the kids wanted to play some laser tag. The game was going great until my daughter slipped in human feces. That's right, someone relieved themselves in the corner and it was tracked throughout the bottom level. There were little girls on the other team that had also done the same thing. We let the attendants know what had happened and they were apologetic. Management was also informed, but seemed to not really be concerned until we pointed it out to others employees that were on duty. They did ended up shutting it down to get it sanitized. What a downer, it's a sad day when the employees care more than the management team. We'll never be back after this "crappy" experience. read more

Horrible experience and we will not be returning. Received a coupon for 20 dollars for unlimited with a couple exceptions we were made aware of. Took three teens there for a birthday party. After coming out, the expected 80 dollar bill, actually came to more than 250.00. We were told the coupon is only good from 9 to midnight. I think this place baits and switches certain customers. 45 dollars alone to bowl with three people and another 55 dollars to feed three kids Pizza. No, no, no! Someone needs to tell them they are in WINDSOR COLORADO, not Las Vegas, or even Denver! So overpriced! NOT the place to go for a fun afternoon unless you want to spend a good chunk of your paycheck. We thought we'd go here for a nice Sunday afternoon with extended family (including a few kids). I figured we'd spend about 40-60 for my family of 4 for bowling and some food. HA HA HA! We left after spending $120 and 2 other people in our party spent another $120. This is what we did: 1 game of bowling, a few WAY TOO PRICEY arcade games, a game of laser tag, 3 adult meals and 2 kid meals, 2 pitchers of beer. What the heck?! When we got there, we were waiting for another person in our party, so we went into the arcade. We got a $10 card, thinking that'd be enough for several games per kid. Nope. With the exception of about two 50c games, the arcade games were $1-3 each!!! $10 should have lasted quite awhile, but we had to ration and the kids barely got to play anything. No fun. Then, you pay that much for each game but when you go redeem points in the shop, the prizes are SO CHEAP and not at all par for the cost of each game. Rip off. One of my biggest issues is that rather than paying for the bowling per game, you pay for an amount of time. So we bought an hour, which should have been plenty. However, the staff wasted about 7 minutes trying to get our food order, trying to get the bumpers set up for the kids, etc. So, literally, we were halfway through the 10th/final round and our hour ran out, and guess what? GAME OVER, you don't get to complete it, unless you pay another $40 for another hour of bowling. Which we didn't want since we only wanted a single game... that would have been $80 for a single game of bowling! And that doesn't include shoe rental, which is a separate charge per person. No way, I'd never come back here to bowl. What a rip-off; our entire party left feeling gypped out of completing the game but unwilling to pay so much for just a few extra minutes for 3 people to finish their final turn. I actually had gotten a strike on my 9th round, and was hoping to pull out a win in the 10th round, but never got a chance to attempt it because I was the last bowler and our time ran out 2 people before me. Such a stupid system, paying by time vs per game. Also, after our game abruptly ended, we were gathering things and finishing food and they walked over and started taking our plates away and wanted to collect our shoes before we were ready. We probably spent about 10 minutes finishing up and getting shoes changed (with kids involved), and they came and told us they'd rented the lane and we had to move. We looked around and nearly half the other lanes were open/empty...why were we being shoved out? So we were frantically finishing food and drink - not an enjoyable experience. It was interesting that there were so many people there at the end trying to push us out (3 people - one gathering bowling balls, one gathering shoes, one gathering plates/glasses), because during our one-hour time limit on bowling, we had the hardest time finding any staff to help us do things like get the bumpers set up for the kids, get to a ball that wasn't rolling down the lane, get another pitcher of beer, get an extra meal ordered, get silverware, etc. It was like they were purposefully trying to waste our paid-time while bowling, and we did spend a lot of that time searching for help (and the "get service" thing on our screen did absolutely nothing to call someone to help, we still ended up wandering looking for staff after standing around not bowling for a few minutes thinking staff was on their way). All in all, I'd say the staff wasted at least 15 minutes of our paid hour. Not cool. The laser tag was the only thing that was really fun, but it was also overpriced at $8/person for about 10 minutes of play. Wouldn't return just for that when there is a good laser tag place in Loveland. I noticed that The Summit doesn't post any prices on their website, so when we were looking at it before we went, we had no clue what the cost of anything might be. This seems really sneaky, since most people drive a long way to get to Windsor and then once you get there you feel like you came such a long way and want to do something fun there before you head home, but everything is overpriced. I will not go back, there are a lot of better places locally to go do these things, and they are affordable. read more

I had the same experience this weekend as another review. We got there at 2:30ish and were told that there was a corporate event going on and we needed to come back by at 4. We were ok with that because up until this day i had been happy with their service. When we got there a 4:05 we were told that there was over a 90 min wait to bowl. We decided to wait. We wanted to see what happen cause there was not a line anywhere and only 7 lanes were actually being used. After waiting over 30 mins they still had TWELVE lanes NOT being used and we repeatedly told management that we were here NOW and were ready to spend money now. Everyone said they would see what they could do for us but after waiting another 20 mins no one ever came by to keep us informed on anything. We finally went to find someone to find out how much more time until we could bowl and we were told its still 90 mins... so we left. i would go here typically once a week with my friends or family. i am not sure i will be returning anytime soon. We were very unhappy with the way they handled the situation. read more

Do not waste your time or money! Brought a group of 8. The place was empty. Took the waitress around 10 mins to take a drink order. When we informed her we were ready to order she said ok, walked away and didn't return for about 15 to 20 mins. The wait staff is clueless and lacks knowledge of the menu. The food was less than warm. The busser went to clear one of our tables, put dirty dishes and napkins on top of our food and table not paying attention to the fact that 3 coats were sitting on the chairs and only offered an apology, cleared the dirty napkins and left our food that he placed them on top of. Placed a desert order that was not correct because what was on the menu and what they actually serve were 2 different things, then hesitated to correct it and acted as if I was a pain in their ass because I didn't receive what I ordered and was given a snide comment that she "didn't work in the kitchen." After I paid our $115 tab and a $28 tip, but still remained in the restaurant, we never saw our waitress again. I also watched another guest have to open their own bottle of wine because the waitress had no idea how to do it. This place has too many concepts going on. It seems as if they are trying to be a bit upper class but given the concept and the less then chucky cheese equivalency of the staff, you should serve wings and beer. Where is your management? Will not return or recommend for that matter. Highly disappointed. To J.S. of The Summit...how about YOU email your general manager and explain to him where you need improvement. It's quite clear in all of the reviews where the problems are so YOU and your GENERAL MANAGER fix them. We spent over $100 on bowling & arcade games only to leave completely empty handed. Overpriced. There are other places where can spend less and have more fun. I don't like places that advertise "happy hour prices" only to cut portion and drink sizes down to match that price. I would rather spend my money at another restarant where they give you what you pay for and bowl and play video games at one of the local establishments in NoCo. People might go to this place once or go when someone else is paying but I am not going back. This is such a great bowling alley. They do a great job of keeping the lanes in good shape, great sitting area, awesome place to bring the family or just hone your skills. I always have the best experience with Jack at the front desk, who knows me by name and always greets with a smile. Jacob is a great guy too, so social and funny and takes great care of us. The waitress was so mean to my friend. We waited thirty minutes for them to come and ask us what we wanted then the waitress went back to kitchen and started talking about my friends and I. It took another thirty minutes for the food to come. The food was cold and dry. We had to ask a different waiter to get a refill on water and then our actual waitress gave us a pitcher of water after we had already gotten water from a different waiter. Then the waitress was back talking my friend. When we got there we also had to wait five minutes for someone to seat us because no one was sitting at the front desk.
