    Party room

We booked a party there for our girl scouts. they wanted to food and doing the party rate gave the best prices. Eileen the reservation person was EXTREMELY Helpful in figuring out the best plan for our group. She also was very detailed and conscientious. She also called back to confirm everything was still a go. Also it was very easy to move our party a week when it snowed and all the outdoor stuff would have not been open which is what the girls wanted to do. WAs so thankful for the ease of being able to move things around! Going in the staff was VERY Friendly and helpful and courteous! they were all really just great and we all highly were happy with their respectful and great service we were treated with. We were greeted when we came in and they got us quickly through and got us moving to what the girls wanted to do. Of course, the go karts were so fun and what the girls wanted to do the most. Staff was cleaning the karts between each run. Masks are required in the building of course and in line for the go-karts. We had a really supper time! Highly recommend! If you are looking for a great place for a party or just somewhere fun to take your family for an outing! Come here and support local!

Awesome place! The go- carts are so much fun! The game room is legit! Even if it's raining or snowing there is plenty to do inside. There's even a Auntie Stone's Kitchen. We didn't eat there but it looked like it had tons to eat.

Had so much fun here. Played a game of putt putt, went down their huge slide, watched the boy do some batting at the batting cages, and played air hockey. One of the air hockey tables didn't work and the cashier was super nice about getting us another card to use on the other one. Great customer service. The place was clean and the scenery outside was beautiful. I love the water features. Great place to come spend part of the day at.

    Slide!

Best Birthday Party Experience Ever -- for Kids and Adults…read more We hosted Stella's 4th birthday party at Bounce Empire, and it was hands down one of the coolest places we've ever had a party. What truly sets Bounce Empire apart is that it's not just for kids -- it actually considers the adults too. So many kids' birthday venues forget about the parents, but not here. There's a full bar, massage pods, a movie theater room with recliners to watch sports, chess tables, and a beautiful outdoor patio with mountain views. It felt more like a resort than a kids' party venue. And the bounce houses? Definitely not just for kids. All the adults had an absolute blast too. They even have DJs! We were there for an 11 a.m. party so we didn't get to experience the DJ that day, but I've been here before for a late-night adult girls' party and it's just as fun for adults as it is for kids. Now I have to talk about the event planner, Ariann -- because she truly made this experience unforgettable. As a mom of two, getting somewhere early to set up balloons, cups, decorations, food, cupcakes, candles... it's usually stressful and exhausting. This time? I didn't lift a single finger. Ariann handled everything. Setup, food, cupcakes, candles, décor, and even cleanup. I was able to just be present and actually enjoy my child's birthday party -- which honestly almost made me cry. That kind of care and support is priceless. We never felt rushed, the party flowed perfectly, and it was by far the most laid-back, fun, and stress-free birthday party we've ever had -- for our kid. Is it a bit pricey? Yes. Is it 100% worth it? Absolutely. I would recommend Bounce Empire to anyone looking for a birthday party that truly caters to everyone -- kids and adults. We will definitely be back.

Your kids will have an absolute blast. If you have toddlers, this is not the place for them yet. They'll have a tough time negotiating all of the bounce houses and obstacle courses, and the slides will be a little too fast for them. One day, they'll love it, but not yet. If you're a parent or just going as an adult, prepare for a lot of STEEP slides, fun obstacles, and a fun few hours to be a kid again. It's an active, high energy place, and as long as you are ready to unleash your inner kid, you'll have a great time. The inflatables are incredible. The live DJ makes it feel special. Overall, it's so much better than you'd ever expect.

That being said, quite a few of the rides and games were clearly broken down and hadn't been touched in years. It's kind of sad that no one is putting any love into this place, and hasn't in a long time. But, it's clearly very popular! We paid $5 to walk around, which is absolutely worth it for the nostalgia. You have the option to pay for unlimited rides or you can buy individual tickets for the rides you want. Since most of the rides would have made me vomit at this age, I was happy to pay $2.50 for a train ride around the lake. Jerry, the guy running the train, was fantastic! He really seems to love his job and his enthusiasm is contagious. I did think it was odd that on the list of rules as you line up to pay, it says no photos are allowed. BIZARRE. I guess they don't want any photos getting out of a ride that's about to break down? Clearly people were ignoring it, as who doesn't want photos of your kids having a blast on the rides! I have mixed feelings about this place. CLEARLY, people love the nostalgia. What bothers me is the lack of love behind it.
