Absolute worst dining experience of my life. We had a party of 10 including two little ones. We had to wait for a table, expected. After 30 minutes our buzzer buzzed and we all went to the hostess stand. She asked if it was ok if they split us up. We said we'd like to sit together and had no problem waiting a little longer. 30 minutes later the buzzer buzzed again and we all went up there and she said they were going to sit us at two booths. We said no, we'd really like to sit together. She started getting an attitude and told us that the booths were right next to each other. We ended up just all squishing together and taking 1 booth. Then the waiter came and took our drink order. One group within our party ordered 3 water's with lemon. Another had ordered coffee. The water's came out without lemon, so we asked for the lemons. He said they were on their way. The coffee came out and was cold, but she drank most of it anyway, trying to get it finished so she could get a hot cup. He refilled it and she said to me, "Still Cold". The waiter heard and said oh it's cold? I'll get you a new cup. He brought out the third cup and said Try this, it's from the same pot, but maybe it will be a little better. It wasn't. Still don't have lemons by this time. He told us they were being cut by the bar tender. He brought out another random cup of cold coffee and finally a hot cup. Never got the lemons. We all ordered our food, a couple of appetizers included. After about 30 minutes, the parents of the two kids asked if they could bring the kids pizza out first cause they were getting hungry and restless. He said sure. After a while, we asked again. Then our food came out... Appetizers, entrees and still no pizza. We let one of the servers know we were waiting on a pizza. Still never came. Our actual server came out and we told him we are still waiting on the pizza. He said it never got ordered and they were making right now. Almost exactly half of the food we got was cold when it should've been hot, burgers weren't cooked correctly, we ordered sweet potato fries and got regular. The calamari we ordered as an appetizer that came out with dinner, could not have been actual calamari. It looked like french fries, it was thick cut sticks of something. About half of us at the table have served before so we have a lot of understanding for the business and all of this would've been chalked up as just another bad experience if it ended there, but the manager, Dan, made this a horrible experience that I will never forget. I've never had an unforgettable bad experience at any restaurant before this night. We asked to talk to a manager because of everything that had happened. He was so aggressive, defensive and confrontational from the get go. I've NEVER seen a manager embarrass a table the way he did. He was loud and the other tables around us were looking at us like we were scum bags. In the beginning Dan had offered us play cards, but wouldn't take off any of the food. We told him that we would rather just have the food taken off and that's when he got loud and said SIR, I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THE FOOD OFF THE CHECK!! Like what we were asking for was an outrageous request. There was something wrong with every single meal we ordered. He said MY GM WILL BACK ME 100%, I'M NOT TAKING ANY OF THE FOOD OFF OF THE CHECK. Then it changed to only the stuff we didn't eat and then he ended up getting very angry and took all of the food off of the check. He was at the computer talking about us to the servers around him. Like I said, I've never been treated this way in a restaurant and I will NEVER forget it because he embarrassed our whole table and what was supposed to be a fun night with friends and out of town family turned into the worst dinner of my life. read more

Went to The summit last weekend, twice. yes twice. went in on Friday with my family and then had such a pleasant experience - I wanted to bring my friends the next night (Saturday) for a ladies night out. both times was in the eagles next and thankfully both times we had the same server which was Christina. She's was the main reason we came back because she said to come back and ask for her and how she works in there every Friday and Saturday. she is great. great attitude, very attentive (even though both times she was extremely busy and had lots of tables and lanes to serve)great smile and very knowledgeable about the place--- she was able to answer all of our many questions (due to being excited and in awe of the place.) a couple things I wanted to point out that we didn't particularly care for was the fact that we wanted to add more time to our bowling and stay longer (ladies night out) but was told because they had a waiting list for bowling that we couldn't. I feel like we were kicked out - especially since we had planned on staying the whole evening and really having some fun that was long over due for us Moms. Also we waited on drinks for a long time (obviously not the servers fault) we would see her waiting at the bar and waiting... way long for the drinks she had to serve to everyone... maybe more bartenders are needed in the eagles nest on the weekends to keep up? overall nice experience read more

Last night was our first night out in a VERY long time. I took my seven year old son, and met friends for bowling and games. It was very busy, since it was a Saturday night. I really enjoyed how they had the bowling lanes sectioned off for Covid restrictions. Unfortunately, because they were so busy, there was an issue with our food order and people who had gotten there after us, recieved there food first. As soon as I noticed this, I was headed to find our server. At that moment, she was headed to our lane. Before I could even complain, she was apologizing, and ready with four $20 game cards to give the boys for the inconvenience! I was shocked at her attention to the problem, and readiness to make the situation better!! You did a GREAT job Skylar, and I hope your boss Joe Rosner recognized that!!!! I was impressed a second time, by Joe, when he allowed us to sit in one of the closed off meeting rooms at the bowling alley, to finish our food once our game had ended and there were no available tables! He understood that we had recieved our food late, and needed the bowling lane for the next guests. So without hesitation he sat us in the room and gave us all the time we needed to finish. The customer service we recieved last night was absolutely incredible, thank you ALL!!!!!!! read more

My family and I had a wonderful evening at The Summit. My first impression was WOW, bowling reinvented to attract the whole family. My memories of bowling as a kid were of a smoky old bowling alley, with old-school pitchers of beer, poor lighting and chipped bowling balls, only topped off by greasy pizza and french fries. You will not find this at The Summit! I was impressed with the quality of the lanes and found the automatic raising and lowering option on the bumpers quite useful for my 6 and 4 year old boys. The Summit was immaculately clean and the food was impeccable! I'd highly recommend the Margherita Pizza or the Philadelphia Steak Sandwich. The fried pork ribs were an awesome choice for the appetizer as well. The servers were prompt and friendly with a great attitude. One nice complement as well was the addition of the games, this made it truly a family place. You can play games and save points on a card to cash in for prizes, my boys loved this. I'm excited to try the laser tag during our next visit, one of many more to come. Northern Colorado is long over due for an establishment like The Summit! read more

@SummitWindsor worst service I've ever had at a bowling alley. Immature bartenders and HORRIBLE MANAGERS. I will never go back because they're pompous and ignorant. Total ZERO STAR review. Better off spending your money else where. the staff has no idea what they're doing and not qualified. No life's working a dead ass job. Managers are deadbeats lol who have nothing going for them so they pick fights who the "bartenders" think are drunk. Completely unprofessional and not qualified in any position. If their corporate manager came in or health inspector, they'd be shut down. Hands down. Seems like it's a MIDDLE SCHOOL atmosphere. Grimes and unsanitized. Immature all around. The dishes they served us on were dirty and grimy and if the health department came through, they'd be shut it down immediately. Just take a peak in their kitchen. Gross. Never again. I really like this place! brought my wife in for date night on Saturday (3/14/15) went into the Eagles Nest (all the way in the back for the 21+ crowd) highly recommend to get away from kids and the noise of the gaming area. great music, tasty food, and our waitress, Cristina went above and beyond for us to make our experience perfect. She was busy (juggling many tables, couches, and lanes) without a hitch she kept our drinks coming, with a continuous smile on her face and full of laughter! We will definitely go back for some adult fun! seriously - go the eagles nest! read more

Came in for the 2nd time on Saturday and went to the Eagles nest, which is awesome because it's a 21 and over section. Our waitress, Christina was AMAZING! By far the best service we have ever received anywhere, ever. We will always ask for her and always tell our friends to ask for her. The prices for food and drinks were reasonable, we loved the big screens and music, very awesome party atmosphere. The food was very filling and the presentation was very upscale and attractive. We will definitely be back, we love it! read more

Two straight times that we have tried to come for dinner before an Eagles game on a Friday night, and they are closed for a private event starting at 6pm. The eagles are not only right across the street from the place, but the Summit is also the "official bar" of the Eagles. It is completely ridiculous to be closed on a Friday night during dinner time especially during an eagles home game. Who would think we'd have to call ahead to make sure they're open anytime we want to go to dinner... read more

Good place to play some games, play laser tag and bowl a few frames. Our server Shayla was wonderful. It was almost as if she knew what we needed, we thought chicken and there it was. The wings were good and the menu offers a lot of options. I enjoyed the laser tag and it had nothing to do with my team winning. Take a friend or go with a group, you wont be disappointing. Hopefully Shayla will be there to serve you, it will be a positive experience. read more

The general manager was so understanding of my friend's situation. She has a medical condition causing her to not be able to wear a mask, so naturally, she was asked to put one on when she wasn't wearing one. The general manager, Joe I believe, was so willing to help up anyway he could, while still complying to the Covid restrictions. My friend was so grateful that she wasn't kicked out, and was helped. I decided to join yelp just to review some of the great places i had been in 2014, I was visiting Denver, CO and FC area this past fall, so i stopped by the summit for some food and to watch my Ducks Play. I had a great experience with friendly staff good food and had lots of fun, There were plenty of TV's to watch the game and i am glad they had the game on :). I've been bowling in the Monday night league here for about a year now, and the service is usually decent. But tonight, we had a guy named Colton and he was a stud. He is definitely the best server I have had bowling on this league so far. While most servers give us water at the beginning and leave us be, Colton was constantly refilling our water pitcher throughout the night. 10/10 experience from Colton tonight. read more

When we arrived I was greeted by Alexis pantoja she was very cheerful and had an answer to all of our questions and helped us up until she was off. I love the summit it's always so clean, such good bowling lanes, but there is one issue. Hunter the employee is very quick to talk and doesn't enjoy giving multiple lanes because she is to quick to judge and sometimes can come off as rude. Kaia is so nice and sweet I recommend u keep her!!! read more
