Dropped the car off told them the problems and mentioned, when braking, the car pulled a little to the left. Later they called with a diagnostic fee which seemed a little high but wanted it fixed. Someone called back the next day told me they had changed the oil and recharged the air conditioning and found leaks at both Schrader valves which they replaced (part of the diagnostic fee I imagine) and I needed $2000 worth of brake work, (front pads and rotors, rear shoes and drums, front calipers, BG brake system service). My response was, "that is a third of what the car was worth, put it back together and the car will be picked up. A total of $2875.81 of work and parts were declined by me. " Just to be on the safe side, two weeks later the same vehicle was taken to another auto repair shop to have the brakes checked, their receipt says "Inspect brakes, approximately 50% -OK". The brakes are working fine. There is probably a large gap as to what is needed for vehicle repairs and what the manufacturers suggests and how much money you have.

I bought sway bar end links and control arm to have them installed. Another $300 to fix the rattle but of course it was still there. I then took it to Tallmadge Auto/Tire and they told me immediately it was the hub bearings and that Market muffler didn't even tighten the axle nut it was completely off. Mind you Ray the mechanic told me the car was good and ready to drive to south carolina! On top on their incompetence they were rude and dismissive and their mistake could have cost my life or at least catastrophic damage to my vehicle! Never take your car here if you value your life and your money!

The reason that I am unhappy is that they installed a brand new battery, The battery lasted one month. Took the car back took them and had to leave car for another few days because they thought it was a parasitic drain. It was a bad battery. Did not replace the battery but pro rated the battery and we bought another. well that battery lasted one month and same thing happened. After jumping the car to get started for a week or two final took to a nissan dealer to see if it was a parasitic drain. Guess what it was a battery. Had nissan put a REAL battery in and have had no problems. These people use batteries with no names on them and lord knows where they get them. Be wary if you need a battery from them.
