My sister is single and has been taken advantage of by other local mechanics. She has never "fended" for herself and it's tough to learn to do when you're older. So fast forward, she contacted Kevin and she spoke with him. She called me and said, "hey Rick, they didn't make me feel stupid." She called me after she picked up her car and said she really liked all these guys. They explained things to her in ways that she could grasp the concepts. My sister isn't ignorant, she's very intelligent but has difficult in strange environments.
