I believe there are some add-ons options too, but we didn't opt for any - we stick with the "good wash." Also, one can sign up for a monthly flat rate subscription - which might be worth it if you wash you car(s) more than 2 times a month! I also like that the staff hand-spray water to wet your car before the tunnel wash - it feels like they are helping prep your car knowing that the machines may not efficiently do this.

The first two or three times it seemed OK...of course they ALWAYS pull the crap about trying to sell you expensive repairs you don't need but I just say no, just do the oil change. Today I asked them to also replace a brake light that was out. The bulb costs exactly $9 at Auto Zone and replacement literally takes 2 minutes. These low-lives charged me $80 for the brake light. I have had this done at many places over the years and know what it should cost. For convenience and to save time I just asked them to fix it rather than doing it myself because every even slightly honest shop will do this for a regular customer at a reasonable price. They have lost my business forever over this. I have gotten all my oil changes there, gotten an alignment, bought 4 new tires from them, and this is how they treat a loyal customer. I will of course be disputing the charge through Discover, and doing my level best to spread the word online and verbally about their complete dishonesty. We also had an oil change done and requested Mobil 1, well instead of telling us that they didn't have that brand they went to the store and got it and charged the hell out of us for it. They didn't tell us that we would have to pay for them going to get it or anything. We would've went with something else.
