This is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Chicken nuggets were raw and chewy, kitchen was clearly disgusting as newspaper was laid all over the floor, and food took forever to come out. This location refuses to make alterations to sandwiches ( ie: "no onions" "no pickle" "add lettuce and tomato" ) and regularly pull the fries rarly to get the drive-through cleared sooner. Management seems uninterested in MY experience. read more

Filthy is an understatement. Poor service. So many examples but the most recent was, I went through the drive through and ordered a burger with no ketchup. Get to the window and I hear one girl say to the other "that was supposed to be a special order" the other girl responds "don't worry about it" and hands me the bag. Since I heard her I open the sandwich right there and sure enough it was drenched in ketchup. This is their attitude. They don't care and the store is poorly managed. read more

I actually got a Yelp account just to give this review the Greenville McDonald's is absolutely awful food is disgusting comes out looking like they were playing a game of catch with it!!!!! Buns are all smashed with just as much condiments on the outside of the bun as on the inside it's terrible the restaurant is filthy tables are dirty tables are not clean and garbage is always overfull. Was there earlier this week and the ac was broken. Poor employees had a pan of ice on the counter with a fan blowing across it. It was some kind of hot. Yesterday my wife and I stopped in and the ac is still broken. Heat unbearable inside. Now a sign on the door saying there is a water advisory so the they were serving SAMs choice soft drinks from the Walmart across the street. No water = no ice. But they were also out of ketchup and this place is off the charts filthy. I'm wondering if there is no water how is the kitchen being cleaned? I did verify that there was a waterline break in the city so there really was a water advisory. Ok so how was the food. No question! Hands down! Worst McDonald's Big Mac I have ever had in my life. Wilted lettuce onions nearly a quarter inch thick and I mean a soggy discussing bun. Horrible and inconsistent with even the next worst McDonald's experience I ever had. Fries were good though but remember... No ketchup. Hand the air conditioner.... One very kind little lady said the ac had been out for two months. Can't believe this place is still open. All the signs are there for a failing business. Mcd's corp needs an intervention here or remove the signs from the building. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST McDonalds that I have ever been to! They remodeled but they need to kick out the owner/manager and start over. The old "lipstick on a pig", it's still a pig. Service is horrible and it is ALWAYS filthy. How can that be! You would think that in the morning it would at least start off clean. In the morning they never have food prepared. This McDonald's gives me a migraine every time I go there. Their shake machine is always "broke" I honestly don't know if they even have one anymore! The floor leading from the doors to the counter is also sticky and dirty. One time I went in and not only were there black paths on the tile but food and other garbage left from customers on about 4 tables. Maybe they got busy and didn't have much down time to clean who knows. Don't use the restroom unless you wear a gas mask! They almost always smell. As far as employees go, there are some friendly ones that seem to care about having a job. Some of the sandwich makers are obnoxious and rude, not to mention sloppy as all get out with the sandwiches. (You may get a pickle on your burger or you may just get a dot of ketchup, but more then likely it's dropping off the side and not even touching the burger) The one guy who works midnights is the WORST! Every night he works and you can NEVER pay with a card; but one night when he wasn't I paid with my card! Hmm? Anyways this particular guy is rude and very unfriendly. He hardly ever makes tea at night unless you catch him at the beginning of his shift. When you pull up to the window he looks at you like your the devil for coming through, and he's just sitting there on a stool! I had a complaint one time and he just looked at me. When I asked for corporates number and said I would just have to talk to them instead he replied with some mumbling and a "go ahead". Went 3 times in a week and every time they forgot half my order. The Remodel looks dark and depressing. ( I feel like i'm pulling up to a brown warehouse lol) There is wall art inside, of waste oil drums lol who the heck wants to see dirty waste oil drums when they eat. One of the worse McDonald's I visited. The employees are kind but that's the end of the good things this McDonald's has going for it. You now have to show ID when paying with any card for your food. Hate to speak ill but it is so sad when you have a young girl on the register that hasn't even mastered the most basic of communication skills. Sad. No eye contact. No hi, how are yo, nothing. More importantly not even a "may I take your order please?" No other customers at counter and I had to ask her if she was taking orders. Sad... Simple order then she just stood there in a fog. Food comes up she hands it to me then gives me an empty cup. Are you that lazy you can't even fill up a sweet tea? So I ask where tea is and she points behind me with a little grunt. I fill up tea, walk back to counter and ask about straw and napkins AFTER looking in bag and seeing none. Not a word spoken. She points to straws at next register and hands me two napkins. Sandwich was fresh and fries were old. And you want $15 hour?? I say computerized automation! One more minor detail. I left with my to go order and took a sip of the sweet tea. I get this same drink all the time at various locations. This particular drink from this particular location tasted like I was drinking straight sugar. So sweet I threw it away and I love sweet tea. Most all of these reviews are "years" old . What' up with that? Here's a current one. 5/8/2016. Visited the Greenville Pa. location today. Ordered 3 no. 8's. (Fish Sandwich Meal) (at the drive thru.) Got home to find that all three fish patty's were flat, about half as thick as normal. They were stale, hard to chew and brown. Normally they're thick , fluffy, and very tasty. They WERE our favorite. I didn't drive the 7 miles one way to return them because it would only result in a "He Said, She Said" situation. I'm writing this review as one "Service Industry" person to another. A person who a bad experience at your place of business will tell 11people. A person who had a good experience will tell 3 people. Worst McDonalds I have ever experienced. I have lived in Greenville, PA for over ten years and I have never had a good experience at this McDonalds. I stopped going there years ago because the service was so bad. The kids working there were rude, the service was slow and they never got my order correct. They recently renovated the restaurant so I tried it again tonight. I went thru the drive thru. My order was again wrong. I ordered two small fries and only received one. I had to go in and get my missing fry. When I got home the burgers I ordered had no condiments on them not even a pickle.
