Mine was outstanding, so I feel compelled to talk about it. I had to have two teeth pulled and 5 cavities filled. Yes, what a mess--everyone remember to brush AND floss! All the procedures have been completed except for 2 fillings. The staff is always consummately professional, and also reassuring and kind. My anxiety levels for going to the dentist are beyond ridiculous - bordering a phobia - and when I told them this, they did their absolute best to put me at ease (and they succeeded). In fact, this last visit, I opted to have two teeth worked on at the same time instead of two separate visits even though that meant I'd be in the dentist chair for a bit longer. Get a written estimate up front, the hygienist said my 'Good' insurance covered 4 cleanings a year, I didn't expect a bill this large.
