What a Great Lake cruise this was. We took the afternoon tour which took off at 11:45. There is an outdoor upstairs seating and indoor air-conditioning seating. If you want, you can order a lunch before 10:00 and eat it onboard while you cruise. You can also purchase drinks and snacks. The captain is full of information about the lake and he is also full of corny jokes. That's okay. Some made me laugh. The nature was outstanding. Ospreys, blue herons and two bald eagles which were magnificent. I unfortunately was unable to get a photo of them. (I'll wear my glasses next time.). This would be a beautiful cruise in the fall with the leaves changing. Would I come back here? If I was ever in Branson again, I would. read more

I have taken this cruise two times previous to Monday May 13th. 2019. The first two cruises were great and my guests loved it. Monday was a different story. I am not sure if they changed caterers or what, but the menu was the same as the past cruises. The chicken and pork entrees were overcooked and dry. The entire meal was cold. The mashed potatoes were instant which tells me they really don't care what they serve. They added live music which was mediocre at best and very intrusive when we all tried to have a discussion. It was a waste of $265.00 as all my guests complained. I gave them one star solely based on the cruise. read more

We took a nice dinner cruise on the Princess this evening. Dinner consists of wedge salad with ranch and basalmic vinegar, chicken with herbed gravy, mashed potatoes, ham with tomato sauce and roll. Dessert is triple layer chocolate cake with chocolate and strawberry drizzle. I wish the cake was bigger! You can also purchase soda and alcohol. Water, tea and coffee is included with tickets. The cruise its self is pretty nice. You can go out on the deck either up or down stairs. There is also another room up stairs you can sit to eat or grab a drink. read more

I have 3 stars for the whole experience. The waitresses needed work... It was just not great or friendly service and they didn't seem to be experienced. But the food was flavorful and delicious. Best brisket I've ever tasted. Perfectly prepared meal with fresh bread pudding for dessert. Not something I would choose, but it was really good. The view was what I was most excited about. It was nothing special... It was nice leaning over the rail and feeling the breeze in my face though. It was worth the $50. read more

During our company retreat at Table Rock, we arranged an excursion with Main Street Lake Cruises. My expectations were exceeded with the organization and kindness of the entire team there. The food was delicious and plentiful. The bartenders were personable and the captain of our vessel went above to ensure the children and adult children, hahaha, had a great time. The little things that count such as seeing our group and changing the tunes to Rock n' Roll and upbeat music did not go unnoticed. Eagle spotting and beautiful scenery added to the 2 hour adventure. This was a very enjoyable afternoon. The weather was perfect and the boat was not crowded. This is a very relaxing way to spend 90 minutes. The captain was informative and entertaining. The beverage service was attentive. We saw a mated eagle pair and that was a highlight. I enjoyed this and would definitely do again. read more

Very good food, but their seating assignment doesn't mean squat, we were told we would have upper deck window seats and were even shown the assignment. When we boarded a few minutes later our seats were not available someone else was seated there so we were moved to the lower deck and seated mid ship so no window seat either. Not Happy. read more

Dinner and a lake cruise - We have been on this cruise twice with similar experiences both times: Read below... - Wait staff service both times has been second rate. If you are a loud table or more demanding of the wait staff, then they wait on those tables more, and less on the other tables. Personally I think it should be easy for a waiter to keep water glasses full, but it seems like only a few tables got 5 star service while the others suffered. (Down a star for poorly trained staff). - You pay more to reserve a window table, however when the boat leaves dock, many folks who paid for the middle seats (low price) quickly move to the window and dine there. I don't have a problem with people moving around, but only after diner is finished, or be asked to pay for the up-charge of window seating. (I knocked them down another star for unfair customer service) - Really nice views of the lake (which many people think is a river) - The boat putts up to the courtyard where everyone can see the fire and fountain display. - Full bar service. - Inside is air-conditioned, but after dinner people move in and out the the main cabin, so the AC can't really keep up. All in all, it is a nice way to slow down and burn a few hours... but note that with the price paid, you won't receive quality service. What you get is a seat on a boat. read more

Wonderful early evening cruise lots of beautiful vegetation and wildlife along the way. Captain and crew were very polite and willing to make our cruise as fun as possible. The food was better than expected, Pork Tenderloin was great, nice salad and cheesecake for dessert Yum Yum. read more

It was an enjoyable & relaxing 90 minutes. Capt. Gus made the trip. His knowlege of the lake and area wildlife (for us it was the pair of bald eagles) presented with his friendly down to earth personality, pleasantries mixed with humor made this very leisure (10 mph) cruise. My husband & I did the 4:45 excursion & ate a late lunch on board that was delicious. The staff serving lunch & drinks couldn't have been more polite & friendly. Moonlight cruise We took the moonlight cruise on the paddle boat. We sat on the top deck and we found it very relaxing and the staff very friendly. On the way back to the dock we stopped and watched the water and light show which was a nice way to end the cruise. read more

We traveled on the princess Saturday night. We were early so we sat at the paddleboat restraint so we could see the princess yacht when they were ready to accept passengers. Unfortunetley we also had a view of the paddleboat staff bringing food onto the yacht. Watched as food was transferred uncovered across the dock at 5pm. Yes violation number one with Health Dept. Staff transfer no gloves violation number two. We were borded at 6pm. We were seated at the front of the boat. I noted a young couple who were seated in front of the exit door fire violation and violation number three. We left late due to waiting for a tardy couple poor customer service. After the boat began to move we were served our drinks by a sweet but forgetful waitress who apologized for forgetting us three times. We have taken this boat twice before but three times was not a charm, Never saw the captain or just didn't know who it was. The food was served at 7:00pm everything on the plate was cold violation number four the potato's were terrible. I was sad to see this happen since my husband and I enjoyed going on this boat when we are in town but this cruise changed our mind. Poor food ,poor service so sad. When asked how we enjoyed the boat we gave our concerns and waitress took our plate and walked away just like we will sorry. read more

Worth the price. While the cruise itself was nothing spectacular, the meal was perfect. If I had gone to a restaurant I would have paid around $25 for something similar. A choice of coffee, tea or water and a meal of beef, chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, a corn muffin and a salad is included, followed by desert. The portions were large and everything was delicious. When we boarded, we were directed towards our assigned table. I didnt mind this but a few people seemed disappointed that we werent able to choose our own seats. The servers came with drinks shortly after we were seated. My only complaint is that the website specifically states there is a designated outdoor smoking area on board and that ashtrays would be provided on request, when we asked our server about it she stated thay "they dont usually allow smoking on board". I can understand a place being smoke free, but if that is the case it should be made clear beforehand. The scenery of the cruise was not breathtaking. It was nice, but I dont feel like I saw anthing different than I had seen just driving around the area. read more
