Pulled up at 10:54 PM because your hours online say you close at 11. An employee (young guy, dirty blonde hair, Tuesday 3/24 closing shift) opens the door just to tell me you're "closed." I let him know your posted hours say 11 and even offered to show him on Apple Maps since I'm not from the area. He insisted the hours online were correct, while simultaneously telling me you close at 10:55... which makes zero sense. When I tried to show him, he got dismissive and rude like I was the problem. If your hours are wrong, fix them. If they're right, then follow them. Either way, the attitude was unacceptable, completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and just straight-up lazy customer service. Management: do better. Between the confusion and the "I don't care" attitude, this was a terrible experience. read more

This place has a bigger selection now so ordered some joints. When I picked them up the guy just rang me up and gave me my order. I was missing one item I picked and it was replaced with something I wouldn't have picked. At other dispensaries if they are out of something they let me know so I can pick something else I want. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable employees! I don't smoke THC, but I have a friend who came to visit me that does and wanted to check out some of the stuff they have here. They had a really large selection for pretty low prices. My friend came up from Reno, NV and the dispensaries are a lot more expensive there, so it was like watching a kid in a candy store in awe of everything! I was here as a first time visitor today, planning on buying a large supply for the holidays ($300-400+ in misc products). I left without buying anything. This one of the sketchiest, most unwelcome feeling stores I've encountered. I've been on Yelp for a decade and only have a few reviews. I had to write a review for this awful place. I just wanted to warn other friendly travelers to stay away so they can give business to one of the many nearby alternatives. Almost every other dispensery I've been to has been helpful and friendly. I couldn't stand it here. The staff here are creepy and everyone seems like they actively don't want to be there. Especially the floor manager (greasy looking long hair dude). His heartless, bureacratic management approach and overall vibe of unhappiness and hostility were the main reasons I went to another place nearby for my supply run. I would rather light my money on fire than allow any cent of my income to go towards that manager's wages. He is, honestly speaking, a clear liability to your business's future. My honest advice to the management is to find better floor manager(s). A proper manager with basic knowledge of customer service would have converted me into a profitable long term local customer. Instead, here I am writing one of my only reviews after a decade on Yelp because I don't want other friendly travelers to go through the same bad experience as me. read more

A few months ago I left a 1 star with a real bad review because of budtenders not being willing to tell me the THC or pulling out packages to show me. But instead giving me a a sigh or side eye about it. But today I am giving this place a 5 stars for having an excellent budtender like CADEN, because he actually gave me 5 stars customer service, willingly pulled out all the packages for me to see the THC percentages without any complaints, without any bother. Thank you to Caden for helping me out, there needs to be more budtenders like yourself in the Cannabis industry. I had some issues with cartridges and other products and they've been great, recommend this location. I've had issues with the orchard location getting the price correct on the interne, just double check everything at the register, cause some prices change at the last minute. read more

They have a wide variety of low level to mid grade waxes but nothing on the high end. The employee's education knowledge is a wide variety depending on who you speak with but because of Washington State laws they cannot allow you to smell the flower before and they certainly can't show you any cartridges for wax so you will not know if your battery fits or not.. If you are sold the wrong item expect at least 30 minutes and minutes and A Spanish Inquisition to ensue Sue ask to why you came back in 60 seconds after your purchase to exchange an item.. They needed my name address and date of birth just 2 just to exchange a cartridge for one that would fit my battery. The specials for wax Wednesday aren't great and they do it based on bulk purchases versus individual discounts so you have to buy more of the low end product just to get a halfway decent discount. No real loyalty program to speak ofBut if you're in a tight spot and absolutely need some weed I still would probably drive across the river into Oregon or go tor go to another local dispensary read more

Imagine going into a busy DMV with no appointment and no number to hold your place in line. You are at the mercy of "IF" the staff see's you waiting. There is no line, no system. There is no, first-come first serve. This place is only busy because of the location. Their system for helping customers is a huge deterrent for going in there. I understand being understaffed. But there is no excuse for this kind of chaos & disorganization. As a long time mj connoisseur, this is by far the worst, most chaotic pot-shop I have ever been to. And I have been to a lot! Where to start.... I love and hate Main Street for many reasons like the Joker smiles while shooting someone in the face. I mostly love their selection and prices. They have everything from flower to wax to oils and tinctures. Their prices always seem to be the lowest or at least competitive with any shop in town. And...what I hate about coming here is their overall customer ordering system and the majority of employee interactions. Their ordering system needs a complete overhaul. As a customer you walk in and you have no idea how to get help or where to go for help. Majority of my visits I have to wait and wait and wait to get help. If an employee doesn't notice you it is easy for someone to come in 5 minutes after you did and receive help first. They need a line, number system or host directing employees to customers so there arent such long wait lines and confusing setups. Once you can get an order in then it's more waiting so you're stuck awkwardly standing around, if it's busy this can easily take 10-15 minutes. MS desperately needs an improved, more effective system of ordering to help expedite the long and tedious process. I thought I could avoid some of the headache by placing an online order in advance but also learned that this doesn't really make it more convenient. After placing an order you'll receive a confirmation text letting you know it's ready to be picked up. When you arrive at the store you'll still have to hunt an employee down to help you. Sometimes this is quick and other times I can't believe how long it takes. The employee then has to write up your order by hand and then you still have to wait for your order to be picked. I imagined this process operating more smoothly such as place order, receive text it's ready, arrive and the order is already written up, picked, staged and ready for the customer, customer pays and leaves in under 2 minutes. What benefit is there to place an online order if it doesn't save the customer any time? The other aspect of coming here is that quality customer service is a total coin toss. I'll get a pleasant experience on 1 visit then a complete trainwreck on the next with more bad than good overall. I almost always experience or observe multiple employees snap and bicker at people and rudely boss customers around. Is pleasant and friendly customer service not important because it's a cannabis shop? That's the way I'm left thinking after many of my visits but they do have some excellent employees that try to make up for the others. On one occasion after walking in I asked an employee that was walking by how the order process works and was greeted with a "yeah yeah, i know you're in a hurry but other customers are important too." I hear these types of responses often from their employees and don't understand the rudeness and lack of customer service. Main Street will draw you in with their selection and competitive pricing but ultimately I'm always left wanting an improved experience. read more

I've been a steady customer, up until today. As I entered the business, I was stopped by the guy who checks id's. He was very quick to stare outside the front window like he was lost in thought. I asked him if there was any issue with me using a military ID (legal ID) and he first brought up a Texas license, for whatever reason, and then claimed that I had been 86'ed. I was confused and allowed him to look through the 86'ed book. He found two photos of blondes, neither looking like me. He was very slow and it seemed like he was trying to provoke aggression. I spoke with the manager in hopes that they don't rely on bad camera imaging to pin-point if someone had be 86'ed. What you NEED is a list of names, because when an innocent customers like ME walks in, and is suddenly accused? Or course I won't be returning. Fix your issue read more

Feeling confused and disappointed! I am an out of state customer, but come here when I visiting family in the summer months. I love this store and have had nothing but great service every time and have had no issues coming into the store with my ID until today. I went to grab something really quick and was denied entry because I didn't have a second type of identification to prove my date of birth. I have been allowed in 6 times since mid august and find it weird that this person has this policy. I think it's very unlikely that most out of state visitors are carrying their birth certificate and strange to require them to have a passport. If this is your policy that is fine, but would suggest having it posted outside your store and have every one who works the door follow it to avoid discrepancies. He also did not scan my ID to verify if it was a real ID or not, just went straight to asking for other identification! Well, I have given this dispensary the last dollar I will ever spend there. I have given them several occasions to prove me wrong and today was the icing on the cake. Short staffed (which I can deal with and understand) But the staff does not pay attention to who they should serve next, never make eye contact and acknowledge that you are waiting and will be with you shortly (just a general courtesy as a human being IMO) So because I had had this experience of waiting and watching others being tended to before me previously (as I have spoken with multiple other people who have had this experience) and had talked to the door man about it on another occasion, his advice was to stand at the smoke counter and when it is your turn walk them over the the counter you are intending to purchase from. Well I did this, thinking, ok well I see the girl at the counter over there has 1 person I will go stand over there. Mind you I have been scanning and watching as people come into the business. She finishes with the guy, and when she came back walked right past me and went to a customer that was at another counter that had come in after me. I commented "are you kidding?" and was immediately attacked verbally by both an employee and the door woman who went off saying they were short staffed etc etc yelling at me, then the door woman said "don't put your hand in my face" (which I never did to begin with). I asked to speak with a manager (which is not my style) and she reluctantly called a manager to the front all the while telling the manager that I put my had in her face and called her a bitch and continuing to treat me like someone she was going to get into a bar fight with (smh). I wouldn't give them any stars but will give them one star because the manager was a nice young lady who listened and asked if I would like someone to help me. She brought a nice young man over who filled my order and I tipped as I always do. What concerned me most was that the door woman lied to her manager when she said I called her a "bitch" and that I put my hand in her face. I was really taken aback by how triggered she became when I just tried to explain why I had made the comment "are you kidding me". Wont ever go there again and I will tell everyone I can about this negative experience. With so many dispensaries around people take your business somewhere else!!!!!! read more

we live in Gresham and we travel about 25 minutes to come to this shop. well worth it the prices in Washington are so much better than Oregon and you get double when it comes to purchasing edibles. The customer service was great, the variety & the selection of products is still overwhelming to me but it's nice to know there's a little bit of something for everybody.
