Terrible and unsanitary. How do you manage to cut 4 fingers out of 10? The woman sitting next to me told me the same nail tech (female) did the same thing to her before. So I'm not sure if she's going it on purpose or just really doesn't care. She also used her nail brush to get rid of the excess powder as my cuticles were actively bleeding, getting my blood on tools that they use on other people! Never going back. read more

My partner scheduled a full service, manicure and pedicure. During the pedicure, the technician applied a sugar scrub with excessive pressure to one area of her leg, causing the skin to become rubbed raw and showing a visible scratch. She informed the technician multiple times that the pressure was painful and asked her to stop; however, the service continued. The pedicure was ultimately not completed. The manicure nail shape was done correctly; however, the polish color applied was not the color that had been requested and described in advance. The technician stated he would apply color to one nail to confirm the selection but proceeded to complete the entire set. Concerns were expressed during the process, but they were not addressed. Following the appointment, I contacted the salon to request a resolution. Initially, staff indicated that a FULL refund would be issued. That position was later reversed, and a partial refund of $58 was offered, while still charging for gel polish associated with the unfinished pedicure. The salon then challenged the account of the experience, requested proof of the injury, and stated they would review camera footage to verify the complaint. Ultimately, they declined to provide any refund at all, citing a "no refund" policy. Throughout the service, her concerns were consistently disregarded, and she was not treated with an appropriate level of care or attentiveness. Despite paying for the full experience, she left without receiving the complete services. Communication has since been limited to text message, as the salon has declined to discuss the matter by phone. read more

Typical Vietnamese male jerk! His name starts with a D like Darh or something like that. Starts off with all the stereotypical lines: "you so prtee" "yo husban lucky man" "I luv yo hair".... I didn't think much of his throwing my hand at me to approve his work the first time. But when he started blaming the curve in my nails as to why his gel was so thick, I knew this was going to get ugly. Talking smack about me to his Vietnamese co-workers when I showed him the lumps, and uneven thick spots in my nails. He continued to argue with me because he's too old to see the flaws and threw my hand at me several more times. At this point I just wanted to leave. So I agreed with whatever so he would get finished he was sloppy with the gel. It was stuck all over the lamp and on the sides of my fingers. He didn't let me wash my hands so all the flakes and grit were just rubbed in when he dumped oil on them just to throw them in my face for approval of how shiny and goopy they were. The pedicure done by a sweet lady was good but you could tell it was awkward for her have to listen to him criticizing me in front of my face, like I don't know what your saying just because it's in another language. Should have never came back! Callus remover wasn't done as ordered. She started scraping My heel before she ever even put My feet in the water. I had to keep asking for a towel to cover my legs because I had a skirt on. I never got the towel. My legs were jerked back and forth and I had to sit straight up in chair because not enough water in the tub. The reception staff were great and the guy who did my manicure was great bit the one who Did my pedicure was rude and I walked out with My heels worse Than when I went in. read more

I used to frequent 316 back when Tan was there & it was amazing, but since management has changed, I have seen a lot of poor business decisions being made. First off, the prices are average (I get acrylics with a design & tips). The quality of the work is sub par. The trip that made it my last was when I went in asking for nails with minions on them, nothing crazy, but more advanced. They talked amongst themselves and an older gentleman took it up. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and anytime he would day something unkind to my face, he would immediately tell his co-workers something and make them laugh. It got so bad others started to come and watch him do my nails while stifling laughter. At the end, the nails looked nothing like how the picture looked & I was very dissatisfied with both the quality & the work. The owner approached and wanted to take pictures of my nails, i'm assuming to post, and I agreed. He sat me down at a table, got everything out, then disappeared. I waited around 15 minutes for his return as to not be rude, but I ended up leaving after he never showed back up. I have not returned since. If you want better prices & something extremely simple, go for it, but if you like more statement piece nails, please seek elsewhere, but expect higher prices as expected. Took my sister to have her acrylic nails taken off. They barbarically pried them off her nails with a pair of clippers. If you've never experienced this, it's extremely painful. They made no effort to file them down or soak them off. They claimed it's because we got them done at City Nails of Cartersville and they "use an adhesive that doesn't soak off". We know this isn't true because we've had our nails done and taken off by City many times, and never had any trouble OR pain. I only took her to 316 because we didn't want to drive all the way to City Nails. My sister left crying, they only charged me $10 but I wouldn't have paid if I had known how they took them off. I have been coming here for two years now and I come every two weeks. The manager Tan is wonderful and is always so caring. I'm always offered something to drink at my visits and sometimes even food/candy. Hannah does my pedicure and Holly does my nails. Both women are always great and listen to exactly what I want. I couldn't show off my manicure for two days after getting them done because my fingers would be so tore up. They're always packed. Always. There is no slow time, which is good if you're a business. Walked in and was greeted with great service for me and my mom. It was super busy but we were seated for pedicures as soon as our colors were picked. The water was super hot but wasn't too bad, and Kristy did a great job with my pedi. They offered us anything to drink immediately and were super friendly the entire time. As I walked into the salon and I was taken in by the atmosphere. It was enjoyable. However, the lady who did my nails was not. She was very rude and she cut every single one cuticles! Having acrylic nails are easy to keep up with when put on correctly! Well this lady had left space between my nails and the acrylics. Now food and sand gets stuck in my nails.
