Only got SNS on my nails. I love that they soak each individual nail in wrapped foil to take off old SNS polish. I prefer this method vs. putting my whole hand in a sandwich bag, rubbing my nails on a paper cloth and smelling all those fumes. 5 stars already just for the polish removal process. Good selection of colors. I'm super basic and always get some shade of pink. Lots of pinks to choose from. Liked that the nail tech didn't really talk to me until she was finished as I was watching a show on my phone. Nail tech did a really good job on cutting and shaping my nails. She also didn't grind them down so that they feel weak. Love the clean, neat look. A little pricey - $50 + I added a tip. But she did a really good job and I am quite pleased. I'm sure I'll be back to try the pedicures. The nail techs were really taking their time on the individuals getting pedicures.

BBBAAADDD idea, she was always consulting with Chris like she wasn't sure of what she was doing. She messed my nails so much that Chris had to redo them. No remorse I know this isn't what your company stands for I'm sad that she wasted so much of my time & she was very unapologetic

I've always discontinued getting regular manicures from other locations due to technicians being far too aggressive with the e-file and burning my nail beds. That definitely was not the case here! The nail tech, Chris, was very gentle and very precise with his work. Another tech who previously did my pedicure was also very kind and provided me with an amazing service. Definitely recommending this place to everyone I know!

She did an awesome job on my hands but she did a super wonderful job on my feet. She took all my callus off perfectly. Some places are too rough and that can be a painful experience. I loved that she kept checking to see if she was doing enough. As for the place, it is super clean and relaxing. It was very well needed. Will be back when I have the chance.

I asked my mother-in-law if she knew a good spot for a mani/pedi I could get before the wedding. She said, "Oh I know JUST the place." Immediately when I walked in, I knew I was not in a "typical" nail salon. Main Street Nail Studio feels more like a relaxed wellness center with the vibes of a cozy café. It is spacious, warm, and comforting. Such a welcomed contrast from other salons where it can feel like a crowded factory line of sardine-packed rows of chairs. Here, I felt like I was resting in an easy chair in the corner of my own living room. Joslyn did both my pedicure and manicure. She is a pro. I asked for a light pink- but not too pink, and she pulled four different options to try. Throughout the pedicure, she told me exactly what was in each of the scrubs and explained why each treatment was being used. She spent extra time working around every corner of my toes and feet. My feet are so soft now- my toes feel like tiny pillows and my heels like they are covered in satin. The manicure was just as thorough- Joslyn worked with care on shaping my nails beautifully and painted three coats of polish with precision. I've never had a pedicure or manicure done with such attention to detail, and I've certainly never had one that looks this good a few days later. She is a true artist! Throughout the whole treatment, I enjoyed talked with Joslyn about her experiences as a woman, a mother, a teacher, a community builder, and a creative. I realize that "doing nails" is just one thing that she does- but seeing the way she does that, I know Joslyn would have glowing Yelp reviews for the rest of it, too. All in all, Marlene, Joslyn, and everyone else at Main Street Nail Studio have created a lovely, one of a kind salon environment. In a world of conveyer belt nail salons, this one is a shining gem. Not just like 5-10 mins but like 15-30 mins. If I make an appointment ahead of time, I should be seen at my scheduled time. She's a sweet girl and was attentive. Made sure I like my nails throughout the process. Her work is quick and I thought that was good until I realized some imperfections in my nails. I now feel like I was just being rushed out the chair. She also quoted me a price on the picture I showed her but I ended up paying different. I don't like that! Unfortunately, I will not be back again! *UPDATE: The gold beads put on both ring fingers are peeling. They're now silver!! Just not worth the $95 plus tip!!

I arrived expecting to receive service, but I was turned away and told they wanted to close early. What made the experience especially uncomfortable was that I was the only person of color there, and I couldn't help but feel that I was being treated differently because of my race. If the salon was truly closing early, that should have been communicated respectfully and consistently to everyone--not handled in a way that leaves a customer feeling singled out. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with the same courtesy and professionalism, regardless of their race or background. One of the waves ends was so thin and weak in the crevice that it broke my nail off. I think they owe me my money back. No more Signature Salon signed on my nails!
