We sat at the pedicure station and went over THREE TIMES the price for my combo mani and pedí with gel. $55. Awesome, right?? Well, AFTER she did my toes and began doing my mani she decided to confirm the pricing and it went up to $70. Really? The problem wasn't money; I could afford it. And in this case, my sister was treating me. The problem is she failed to confirm the prices of my services upon receiving them and waited until AFTER she did them to change the price. On top of it, instead of using great customer service and leaving it at the original price after she inconvenienced me, she kept it at $70. Ready for the icing? She got nail polish all over my fingers and didn't take it off. Hey, I get it. Covid. That seems to be the excuse businesses are making to avoid giving proper customer service. read more

I can early in the morning. No wait. Asked for their LSN Pedi, with gel French manicure. The massage was great the pedi was crap! She set the French manicure line before asking me. I told her I wanted it thinner then it was. She cut my nail to make it thinner instead of taking it off and redoing. I realized what she was doing after 3 nails and stopped her!! I was furious. She cut 3 of my nails so short to think the line!! After I stopped her she then took the polish off the right way and re-did them. I started looking closely at my nails and the gel was dried on my skin it was just a mess. I stopped the pedi. Did not continue with the was, stones or anything. The guy argued with me about she did them right when you could look and see they were a mess!! read more

Just moved to Cartersville a few months ago, and Lucky Nails was recommended by someone I met. I've been going there since we moved, and the service, prices, and color selection is fantastic! It is a full salon with manicure, pedicure, and waxing services. Tina always does my nails, and they are beautiful! Since I'm going to the beach next week, I had my first pedicure of the season today. Jenny was meticulous, and she was very conscientious about making sure she made me happy--all with a smile on her face. All the employees are very friendly and professional. Update on original review: Didn't know at the time, but they are supposed to open a new sanitized pack of tools for each customer. They didn't. Several of my toes got infected. I also got circle skin bubbles on the bottom of a few toes that eventually peeled off AND they tore my skin with the foot scrubber. I went two months ago and all of these things just healed recently. Also they barely cleaned the basins your feet go in. I did notice all of these things when I went, but decided to ignore until my feet got the funk. read more

My husband took his daughter in there on a father/daughter day and they finished her mani/pedi and after 2 1/2 hours had only run his water. And this was in the middle of a work day. Others were being worked on that came in after them. AWFUL SERVICE!! Never going there again! read more

It was my first time visiting. I got a full set and the only thing good about them is the shape. I just got them done yesterday and the polish already looks old. The person who did them put a "top coat" on but its not shiny at all and it almost looks dirty. I thought it was maybe from when i was eating. I've washed my hands a dozen times since last night and it still just looks old. Will NOT be visiting again. My toes look really nice though and they do open a new pack of tools (nail clippers, cuticle cutters, etc.) for each customer which i liked. But my nails look so bad its hard to overlook. read more

1sr time going to this place. Once you walk in is beautiful. They open early and when I got there, they already had at least 5 costumers. I needed my eyebrows and upper lip wax. I was not in a hurry. The person who seem to be in charge and already taken care of another customer, told me that she was ready for my wax. She obviously was in a hurry and I appreciate her taken the time to help me. However, she was so rough and brutal when she begin doing my eyebrows. She never brush them or cut the extra hair. She went straight to the wax and started ripping of the paper with no gentle touch. I understand that waxing is not pleasant, I been doing this for many years. But it makes it even worst when someone is just doing the job and not really caring. Once she made to my upper lip it got worst. I almost stopped her and she said "your hair is just at lot longer here". And she asked "are you in a hurry? I just let her finish. Took a quick look, pay and left. Maybe they are amazing doing nails (I don't know that and will not try it) but when it comes to waxing not good at all. read more
