One reservation was for someone who is on Yelp Elite, and the other person is heading back to the East Coast on Jan 2nd. Also, the refund of the two $25 deposits would take 5-7 business days. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company and got the money back immediately. Moral of the story is eventhough you schedule your appointment window, pay for the deposits and put in requests to take time off from work, you're still at the mercy of the business owner and when she decides to work.

During the B-strip portion, she told me to roll toward the wall and open a butt cheek. I was taken aback by this and expressed my discomfort. At one point, she also burned me with hot wax and did not respond with any sense of urgency. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing, especially given how positive my past visits have been at this location. While the specialist was polite, it was clear she was distracted.
