Very friendly and attentive staff. I like that they are honest about wait times. They won't say they can get to you and then make you wait for 30 minutes. I had a pedicure and my daughter hand a mani/pedi. I would say that it was quality service and worth what you paid for. Lena was my tech and she gave a great foot massage. Please do not go here. I have been here twice. The first time during Mother's Day where we had to wait 15-20 mins despite making the appointment in advance. The owner kept on telling people on the phone to come in and when they did they would have to wait 1 hour. Recently, I went to get a classic manicure. The lady who did my nails removed my previous regular nail polish and left the excess under my nails, all over my fingers, and even on my ring. After she finished, I didn't get any lotion for my hands and left with my fingers looking absolutely disgusting with leftover polish smeared all over and the new polish she applied lazily! **See picture which doesn't even do it justice. I had so much buildup under my nails from the way she removed the previous nail polish. 5 mins after leaving and going to Jamba, I went back to the owner and he said he would do my nails again. I waited 30 mins for him to finish, which wasn't an issue. He takes off all the polish and begins soaking my nails in water. He then starts cutting my cuticles and at this point I am bleeding from THREE different finger. I ask if I can go wash my hands because it was unsanitary just having him wipe the blood off my nails. I go and wash my hands and then wrap my finger in a towel until it stops bleeding. With dried blood on my finger, this man puts nail polish right on top of it. After he finishes, he leaves me at the station as he makes phone calls. I excused myself and looked at my nails which still looked like shit and clearly needed more than 2 coats of color. I will note that he said the previous girl who did my nails said I have sensitive cuticles. So then why would you continue to cut my cuticles further?? I said the issue was the application and how messy it was not my cuticles. I took the nail polish off afterwards and the cotton ball I used got the blood off my nails. HOW IS THIS SANITARY?????????? Sharing this because someone mentioned getting foot fungus from this salon and I can't say I am shocked!! Absolutely disgusting. read more

The young lady I had did not know the steps for the service and had to ask for clarification on each part of the pedicure. I went in for a mani and pedi and the young lady doing my nails did not do a good job at all. She got upset when I told her my nail shape was not how I liked and she barely even cleaned up my mails. I wish I could go every week. I always leave feeling at peace with myself. I don't know any woman who pays as much attention to herself or pours into herself as she should. The time we invest in taking care of ourselves is important. I highly recommend Tyson and team when considering your self-care journey. I typically visit on Sunday. It's the only day I have to myself and they are one of the few good nail salons open. I get a manicure and pedicure, and wax my armpits, eyebrows, and upper lip. My manicure is typically a fill with gel polish unless I have gone for too long and need replacement. My pedicure is the highlight of my visit. Everything from the spa soak to the scrub and steam to the massage, hot wax and deep moisturizer. I had a nail that was consistently falling out after years of running that's now 75% restored. Waxing is on point. My eyebrows were misaligned and had no shape until the Nails Club team restored them. I hadn't waxed my armpits since COVID and now I feel like I'm getting back to me again. The atmosphere is calm and soothing. No loud chatter or chaos. Just a team that understands the assignment. I highly recommend the Nails Club if you're looking to do YOU. read more

Update: I went Friday morning to get the nails fixed and a pedicure when the shop opened at 930 to find no one there( open sign on but shop was closed) They did call back around 10, but by that time I was already at another nail shop.
