BUYER BEWARE! My daughter bought a vehicle from them recently. They drove it for less than a month…read moreand it started having issues. They brought it back, was told there were no issues found and told if the issues happen again, come back and they will fix/address said issues. The vehicle STOPPED RUNNING completely. When they bought it there was a window tag. On the bottom it stated that it came with a 6 month powertrain warranty from CARS Protection Plus. Now this dealership has changed hands (happened while purchasing vehicle) and they are NO LONGER HONORING THE WARRANTY saying it was something they had to purchase separately or that it was available to purchase. THIS IS NOT WHAT THE WINDOW TAG SAID! It took this dealership SEVERAL attempts to get the paper work correct for the bank when they were financing. They can't seem to get their stuff in order. They don't want to be available to discuss issues with said vehicle. When they brought it into their shop, they cleared ALL of the trouble codes (I know this because I have a scan tool and have the codes saved, and there are clear signs in the tool that the codes were erased). WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

I also thought that they would be cleaning my door jams and that area when they were washing the car but that was still really dirty. I also thought that they would do a quick vacuum of my trunk, they didn't. The inside of the car such as my dashboard was still dusty, I don't think they even touched it. Overall the appearance of my car looked ok but when taking a closer look it wasn't a thorough job at all. I don't think I will be going back, I could have paid my boyfriend the same amount and he would have done the same quality work.
