In my yard they had to leave certain unsightly hummingbird perches and they did. They also made helpful suggestions when I didn't know what I wanted. They were able to get to my jobs quickly and they communicated promptly and effectively by text. Their estimates were accurate and I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was. If your yard is difficult to manage you should definitely give them a try.

Have called several times, at one point reached them and said we were "still on the list" at the end of the summer, but haven't received a call back since. It was a small job (compared to our larger, pricer job in the past) but every customer should be treated as if they are important, and a call to say they ran out of time would have sufficed. I would not recommend them, I don't know if they are too busy or just don't value the small jobs.

In not too long they came to install the heat pumps. The installation went without a fuss or a mess. The installer took his time to explain the system to me. Before anyone came to my house I received a text with a picture and name of the representative. They also gave me an ETA (which was accurate) A few months later it didn't seem as if one of the heat pumps was heating as well as the other. I called the office and a very nice lady walked me through trouble shooting the unit. It worked! She even sent me the instructions in case I needed to trouble shoot it again, but said if I needed help to just call the office. I would use Valley Home Services for any service that they offer!

And then my wife and I go away for the winter. So there were no cars driving on the driveway. And the plow guy plowed it twice. When we returned to our home in the early spring, we found that all the sealcoating had come off of the driveway. William Stanley the owner of the company, refuses to do anything about it. Seems to me that sealcoating should last more than 6 months. Especially when nobody drives on it. And there was no salt or any other chemical applied to the driveway. Please, do not use this company. There are other companies out there that I'm sure would honor their work. If I could have put zero Stars I would have. But you have to give at least a one-star.
