Darcel and Cass were so sweet and understanding with her and went above and beyond to make our pup comfortable and at ease. They truly understand dog behaviors and work with each dog's personality to make the experience at Uncle Buggy's a positive one. The facility is well thought out and welcoming and spotlessly clean. The outside yard is safe and big and has fun things for dogs to do (i.e. a big dirt pile for those, like my girl, who like to dig). We will definitely return to Uncle Buggy's for future boarding, knowing our girl will be in caring and competent hands. Thank you Darcel and Cass!!

The staff is so kind and cares so deeply about each pet. My family always gets so sad when we have to go on long trips away from our dog, but we always feel so comfortable leaving our pup in Carden's hands. When we ask our dog, "do you want to go see friends?" he knows that means he's going to Cardens. He gets so excited, hops up on his hind legs, and tries to jump in his travel bag. We know how much he loves Cardens and Cardens loves him!

We've been…read moretaking our 7 year old lab there for boarding since she was a puppy and have never had anything but great experiences. I've found that they are very responsive via telephone, are very pleasant when interacting at the facility, and even send pics and texts while she is there. We had taken our lab to other boarders who charge $30 per night, and then $10 more if you want them to have playtime, then $10 more if you want them to get a walk. One of the fantastic things about Zeke's is that they have a HUGE fenced in yard that the dogs get the run of for hours of play time. No extra charge for exercise! I feel guilty enough leaving her at a boarders, so knowing she isn't kenneled much, outside of overnight and naptime, is a huge relief to me. Another bonus... they always give the dogs a bath before pickup and even washed our dog bed this last time! We took our lab and our new dog over the holidays this year and it was our new pup's first time at a boarders. They were able to share a kennel and I knew he would be well taken care of. Our dogs have NEVER come back injured, only happy and exhausted!

But most of all is everyone's upbeat, postive, caring attitude! You just can't find that anymore. I love these guys and so do my dogs!

Last week we were traveling from NC To Canada and stayed one night in Bar Harbor. We travel with…read moreour 16-year old Chihuahua. That morning in Bar Harbor when I took her out, everything was normal. She went outside and did her walk and came back in. She was inside about 10 minutes when she started yelping in pain. She couldn't walk. Her back leg seemed useless and looked splayed out. She wouldn't let us get near her. It was like she was having a fit. I could tell she was in a panic. After a few minutes she calmed down and seemed OK. She could walk again. But we wanted a vet to look at her as we'd never seen her act this way. We looked on Yelp and saw the great reviews others had given Ellsworth Family Veterinary Clinic so we called. They were exceptionally nice and said they could see her. So we packed up and drove there. Everyone we met (the receptionist, the tech, the vet), was professional and caring. Dr. Jones examined our Chihuahua and couldn't find any indication she been bitten or had stepped on a thorn of some sort. Her diagnosis was that our dog had had a episode of luxating patella, when is farily common in Chihuahuas. I'd never heard of this and the dog had never had this happen before. We'll be on the look out if it happens again. We feel fortunate that this happened in a place with a veterinary clinic as good as this one. I'm especially grateful they agreed to see us. I highly recommend Ellsworth Family Veterinary Ciinic.

We called Oceanside Animal Hospital and we were able to get in same day at 10:30AM. My first impression is the facility is very nice, clean, and organized and the landscaping on the outside is beautiful. Despite the staff shortage today, we were welcomed right away and seen right after we checked in. The process was smooth and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable! We are also having an issue where Pico has been on a hunger strike for a couple of days, and the staff recommended biome food for us to try. We are grateful to the staff at Oceanside and highly recommend them!

They canceled my dog's neutering because my sister made the appointment for my dog. He was…read morescheduled to be neutered in two days but because they refused to treat my sister's dog a couple of years ago because they said she doesn't get all of her medical care there and my sister's response was "you don't care about your patients" , they canceled MY dog's appointment. Apparently, hurt feelings from two years ago and a grudge ARE more important than the patients.
